What a great stay!!! We loved the experience. Friendly and very helpful staff. They made great recommendations. They made us feel at home. Can't say enough about the Hotel and its staff. Unforgettable experience. Get a great deal and stay here.

I've got needs as much as anybody, but there were certain things I couldn't accomplish alone. Aesthetic was to my taste, not sure about the fellas hanging about who looked like they could use a good wash.

Advertised as cheap hotel in a great location however the reality is a dirty hostel for down and outs.  It is absolutely filthy, smelly and security was a huge issue for me as a single woman.  I couldn't even think about staying and cannot understand how this place can pass basic hygiene tests to promote themselves as a London hotel.  Do not go here. Was there briefly but came away scratching. Horrible place!

Dreadful hotel. Dirty, no service, avoid at all costs. Location is surprisingly nice, but the hotel is so underwhelming that it does not justify going there. OK, it's cheap. But there is a minimum level of comfort that a decent human being expects. And it is not there at Clearlake hotel...

Don't go

Cheap hotel but very smelly and dirty hotel. This hotel is owned by a family, they have no staff to provide the service. We stay in hotel 3 nights and 2 nights in the appartment. I dont want to stay in this hotel & appartment again. we dont recommend this hotel.
