Staff worked well under difficult conditions. Staff shortage. Would return.

Took a boys rugby tour of 41 people to Dorchester. The say at Premier Inn was excellent.  Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms with a load of space for parent and child sharing.  Great breakfast for the hungry party.  Great stay at a central location.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable and clean, on-site parking very secure and breakfast very tasty with plenty of options for both food and drink.  One of the best premier inns we have stayed at and location was ideal

Love this Premier Inn, great location and friendly staff, I took advantage of the early in for £10, greeted with a smile, room was clean and quirt, the hole stay was perfect, no issues and a quirt night. I ate in the restaurant in the evening, food was quite good, we had the spicy chicken burger and the prawn cocktail for starters, would recommend them both.

Fantastic location near to Brewery Square - I slept with my window opened and was not disturbed by any noise I had a greet stay and would come back. 1 min from the train station so very easy to travel around. 

I got a great night sleep, the room was cosy and the bed super comfortable. The reception staff had left me a terry’s chocolate orange for my stay too which was adorable and made my day. (Thank you!) My room was at the front of the street, but I didn’t hear a thing all night.

We have stayed at the Premier Inn Dorchester a number of times in recent months and are always delighted with the level of service - from the warmest of welcomes to the moment we checked out.

We enjoy the great selection on the breakfast menu and find the location of the hotel perfectly meets our needs. The rooms are well appointed and scrupulously clean.

We look forward to our next stay.

Me and my husband came there for a vacation, we had a great experience in your hotel. Your staff were so friendly especially that one girl, if im not mistaken, her name is Kelly. She is such a sweetheart, she was assisting us from A to Z, since we are new to that place. Im in love with the view from the hotel because it was a new experience for us. We would definitely come to your hotel the next time me and my husband go for a vacation.

We had a great stay at Dorchster Premier Inn. The pre-stay information was very helpful and we managed to get a space in the hotel's secure parking area which was a bonus. 

Everyone we met in the hotel was so friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and warm in this cold weather and the beds were super comfy! Special thanks to Alan, Hayley, Darren and Kelly who couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. 

Great location too in the centre of Dorchester. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.

A good location in Dorchester - out of the main drag but near to key facilities and within easy reach of such excellent restaurants as Al Molo.  
My Premier Plus room was spacious and comfortable.
A helpful maintenance team member helped me to store and retrieve my expensive electric bike within his room.
Reception was largely unstaffed for most of my three days there - a buzzer on the desk did not work and a request for a room clean was not met.  I roamed the hotel at several points but could not find a single member of staff - this seemed a little unsafe to me - and also annoying as I did not have time to waste.  Eventually, I discovered an office behind the reception desk inside which a couple of staff were lurking but they seemed irritated by being discovered and were more concerned about my trespass than what I needed as a guest.
Management needed....

Love this premier inn

We normally stay in one of the Weymouth Premier Inns to visit family but this time the Dorchester one was much cheaper 

The hotel room was fine and the staff very helpful. We didn't eat any meals during our stay, so we can't comment on that aspect. The car parking is a bit of a faff and limited. You have to check in first to get your room keys to operate the gates to the underground car park which is really limited with not enough disabled spaces. Would stay again though

Best experience

A newish hotel located in the town centre opposite railway station. Secure underground carpark available for £4 per night with lift access to all floors of the hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was the usual good quality ( would be great if every room had an iron though).

I ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel, food was basic but decent, there are other places to eat within a very short walk.

A good stay and would stay here again.
