This is a true home from home.  Everything you could need within your holiday accommodation.  Any issues the owners are quick to address. Access to the outdoor swimming pool was amazing and encouraged my autistic daughter's confidence in the water. 
So close to many great areas, both Devon and Cornwall - Looe, Pennywell Farm, Bigbury on Sea, Cawsand and many more.
I have becoming here since 2001 and seen it go through 3 different owners.  Kirsty and Ollie have made it their own including updating the accommodation. The only downside is even 2 weeks is never enough! Already booked for next August.

I love the peace and quiet Notter Mill brings, the open space around the Danish cottages. The pool and hot tubs are a great asset to have.  Super markets are not to far away. And you can walk to the local pub. What's not to like. :) Comfy beds too.

This our fourth time at Notter Mill Country Park and our first in Lodge No.4. We arrived earlier than planned but the the Lodge was ready to go straight in to which was a bonus. As with the other lodges we have stayed in No. 4 was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities we could need. The bedroom fittings looked new.
The park is perfectly maintained, our children loved being in the pool and playing by the river, they even had the odd game of tennis. And we loved relaxing in the hot tub. It's also nice to see the owners dog Daphne wandering around the park.
One of the reasons we use Notter Mill Country Park as a base is it is so close to Devon you can visit both counties in one trip. 
We have booked again for Easter.

Lovely park, quiet and very clean.  Swimming pool and hot tub were spotless.  Layout out of lodge was perfect, and it's ideally situated to get to attractions in both Devon and Cornwall.  Was also very close to major supermarket and ev chargers (none on site unfortunately) which was really handy for us (less than 10 minutes down the road).  The playground could do with a little tlc honestly, but our 4 year old daughter enjoyed it nonetheless.  Site owners were also very accommodating and helpful.  Only real downside for me was no washing machine/drier in lodges (which is very clear on the website and completely understandable) - we paid for towels/robes/slippers on arrival but these weren't replaced during the week - it'd be nice to have option for this as we were using the pool/hot tubs nearly daily so it would have been useful.  I did use the onsite washing machine which was fairly reasonable if you choose the quick wash option (£2 for 45 minutes).  WiFi was good and our dog appreciated the various walks around the site (lodge was almost entirely tiled which was good).  Would definitely look to return.

WE HAD A LOVELY 4 DAY BREAK HERE. LOTS OF SPACE BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE LODGE, OUR KIDS HAD LOTS OF FUN. KIRSTY AND OLIVER WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND HELPFUL. THE LODGE WAS CLEAN AND VERY SPACIOUS, IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. WILL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My dad and I have just enjoyed a 2 week stay at Notter Mill and loved it. The house (Tan Harvey) was bright and very comfortable, lovely comfy beds and very clean throughout. The hot tub was fantastic and I spent half an hour most evenings happily bubbling! The grounds in which the houses stand are beautifully maintained and still feel natural and wildlife friendly. The swimming pool was fantastic and the perfect temperature. Our dog was made to feel very welcome and enjoyed wading in the crystal clear stream (as did I!). A perfect holiday, highly recommend, thank you Notter Mill, we’ll be back!

Notter Mill is perfect for a quiet getaway. Well equipped and comfortable cottages in the most stunning surroundings. Whilst a very convenient location, close to the A38, it was peaceful and tranquil. Our dog, Jess, enjoyed the country walks and meeting the owners' friendly dog, Daphne. Would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in tan harvey 19, which was extremely clean and comfortable.

Lovely place to stay! Very relaxing, lovely pool, great playground with many activities including river. Loved it that we could just use the rackets etc to play table tennis or badminton/tennis… the house was very spacious and family friendly. We had the luck that it was completely newly refurbished but we wouldn’t have mind it differently. Also nice location to explore the surroundings. We will definitely like to come back! ❤️

Just returned from a 1 week stay in Fern Pippen and loved it as much as last time we stayed in 2020. The new owners have made some lovely changes to the lodge we stayed in and were warm and welcoming. A big thanks to Ollie who helped my little girl when cut her knee,  he is her new hero. The park is beautiful,  the pool warm and clean and the lodge perfect. Looking forward to next years visit already

Another great week at Notter Mill Country Park

Lovely site - perfect for our family

Lovely little bungalow with everything that we needed. We were there for 2 nights, for a family celebration in Plymouth. Lovely surroundings and very peaceful. We didn’t bother with the fire for such a short stay, but if staying longer would have been nice and cozy. The only downside for us was having to be out by 9:30, we found it a bit of a rush, but other than that it was great. I will be recommending this for my sons as it would be perfect for a summer holiday.

Notter Mill Country Park is a perfect place to stay for the whole family, young and old, with a very warm welcome from Kirsty, Ollie and their children.
We stayed in one of the well equipped lodges with our extended family. The park is in a quiet woodland setting with plenty for everyone to do, including an adventure style play ground, tennis court, football pitch and swimming pool. The site is dog friendly. Cars can be parked directly outside each lodge. The local pub/ restaurant is within a short walk and has an extensive, excellent menu but patrons are advised to pre-book a table. There are several beaches within a short driving distance. We visited looe and Seaton. The family will return.

Family friendly holiday

We came here last year and it was just what we wanted. So we decided to come back this year, but this time with our 4 month old with us and again worked out perfectly. We stayed in Fern Pippin on both occasions as we knew that this accommodation was perfect for our needs. Also the location is perfect for whether you fancy venturing around Cornwall or Devon!
