The Old Coach House

Very comfortable room in a great location. All you could want from a B&B with very good food too. Good walks down to the harbour and lookout station but you would need a car to get out and about. Excellent host.

There's not much more that I can add to what others have already said. Jackie and her team were lovely, the room perfect and the breakfast excellent.
It is a good location to explore the North cornish coast and a short drive to Tintagel Castle.
Would recommend The Riverside restaurant in Boscastle itself for a special meal.

Big enough to manage small enough to care. Greeted with tea and coffee plus warm scones jam and cream. The rooms were big enough for our three night stay and included toiletries tea and coffee making facilities 4 bath towel we only used one each. Breakfast was preordered and cooked fresh each morning with tea coffee and toast. If you’re staying in North Cornwall you must consider the old Coachhouse.  

Fantastic bed and bedding, great host very helpful and my eggs were poached brilliant, cooked breaky was really good, no complaints!! Plenty of parking spaces and everywhere was really clean, lovely scone and a cuppa when we arrived was a lovely surprise, would definitely go again

Jackie and her team are excellent hosts, very welcoming and attentive. We were welcomed with a cream tea when we arrived! Their local knowledge was invaluable to enhance our stay. Our rooms and other parts of the house were spotless, beds very comfortable and the breakfasts were wonderful. It was the little touches that made all the difference: the lovely soaps, conditioners and handwash, chocolate snacks with an honesty box, fresh milk in the communal fridge where one can also keep wine or beer and tea/coffee facilities with wine glasses in the room.

Great BnB, Jackie was very welcoming & the breakfast was spot on.
The room was exactly what you want in a BnB, modern, clean & well equipped.
Boscastle is a very small, typical Cornish village & The Old Coach House is only a 10 minute walk to the centre.

It is a beautiful, tranquil place to stay. Lovely and clean. Jackie and her team are perfect hosts and also help with the advice of places to go and things to do. Breakfast was exceptional, cooked fresh and the quality of the items was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend the Old Coach House if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Boscastle. 

Dave & Jackie we’re so friendly, family-like, and place was very clean, the breakfast excellent, and it felt tranquil and relaxed too. We had the Buckator room, which, while not huge, is plenty big enough to be comfortable. Nice views over the garden (and we could keep an eye on our car, not that we needed to!).
The area the place is in is really lovely, and you are 2 mins from the nice lower, water side of Boscastle. Also only couple mins walk away is the Napoleon Inn, which was really great.
All in all, a perfect weekend away for a couple!

Wonderfully friendly hosts with a focus on local and sustainable foods etc. 
Fantastic quality and generous breakfasts. Rooms were lovely too and it didn’t feel like you were in the middle of someone’s house like some places do, felt much more comfortable and hotel/lodge like.

Well what can I say another fantastic stay at this wonderful place Jackie and her team are just so lovely nothing is to much trouble for them the rooms are beautiful the breakfast is to die for the location is stunning if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this location then look no further than right here just the best it is a short walk down to Boscastle a bit longer to walk back up the rather steep hill but a very reliable bus service from Boscastle and Tintagel with the stops nice and close to the coach house Jackie we will be back thankyou to all of you for making our stay such a great one it really is a home from home and we couldn't of asked for better weather it was glorious 

Just the best

We recently enjoyed a 3 night break staying at The Old Coach House, Boscastle.  Jackie and Sally are just lovely, they can't do enough to make sure your stay is a pleasant one.  They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, which even included providing me with frozen peas and heating up a wheat bag as I was suffering from a stiff neck when we arrived.  The breakfasts are lovely and arrived piping hot every morning, we tried several options off of the menu and were not disappointed once!  Boscastle itself is a lovely village, with a scenic walk from the guest house down to the village.  If you want to eat out of an evening The Cobweb Inn does some great meals, their homemade pie was so big it had me beat.  The village fish and chip shop and farm shop are also worth a visit. Great place to stay - would highly recommend

Have just spent 4 nights here with mum, daughter and daughters friend. What a lovely place to chill and relax. Jackie is a wonderful host who greeted us with tea and the offer of cream scones on arrival. Jan and Sally that work there alongside Jackie are a breath of fresh air on a morning. Breakfasts were cooked to perfection with a huge selection to chose from. Felt like we were staying with friends rather than a B &B. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Lovely

My husband and son booked us in for a couple of nights as a surprise for my birthday and we couldn't have had a better experience.  Jackie has exactly the right balance between welcoming and friendly and not over baring.  We were welcomed with coffee and an amazing cream tea.  The room was very clean and comfortable and the extensive breakfast menu lived up to its promise.  Everything feels very COVID-secure as Jackie has made a real effort to adjust to 2020's realities.  

The walk from the B&B into the village is steep but goes down a stunning, old Boscastle street that most tourists won't ever discover.  The walk up is challenging with young kids but a great way to walk off some of the wonderful food that's available in the village.  

The icing on the cake of a wonderful couple of days was watching the phenomenal waves crash in at high tide.  

Can't recommend The Old Coach House, or Boscastle highly enough.

Wonderful Surprise Break

we stayed in the one bedroomed house, fabulous, however the ceilings are low in places, and the toilet is at the back of the kitchen area, which means that if you have to go to the toilet during the night you have 1 flight of stairs & 2 steps to contend with, it could be difficult. So i think an advisory note  would be a good idea & that taller (we are 5'10" &6') older people should not stay in this house. 
Another thing is that you have to pay extra for breakfast.
