We have stayed 3 times at the Beverley Premier Inn and always found it very good. It's clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Very good hotel

We stayed at this Premier Inn for 2 nights due to a friend’s wedding being nearby. This premier inn does not have its own parking which is a hassle if you are not from the area. The local multi-storey car park charges £10 a day so is not ideal for anyone staying more than 1 night. Check-in was great and we were able to find our room easily. Room was everything we needed for our stay however it was clearly not cleaned to a high standard. Dust throughout. We were also unaware that we would be staying in a room with an adjoining door to another room. This caused issues during the night due to noisy guests next door. My partner had disturbed sleep on both nights due to this and had to contact reception on the second night of our stay so that a member of staff could make the guests next door aware of their noise levels. Making the staff aware of this issue was in itself a difficult job due to no phone in the room. My partner had to locate a number to ring himself. Another issue we had was that the toiletries had not been checked in the room. My partner went for a shower only to find that the shower wash had run out. Due to their being no phone, he had to get out of the shower and go down to reception to ask for this to be rectified. The staff had no problem in rectifying all of our problems throughout the stay and they handled these professionally. Overall the stay was fit for the purpose we had but there are a few areas which the hotel could look at improving.

March stay 2024

We’ve stayed here before and it’s a perfect location to explore Beverley and its surroundings. Clean, comfortable and well priced with convenient parking. Fewer staff around, but they are always friendly and helpful. We’ll stay again 👍🏻

Always a pleasure!

Utter garbage. Family room for three booked but single bed not made up, only one towel, only two cups/glasses, soap dispensers empty, remote control batteries dead, housekeeping knocking on early in the morning even though we were checking out that day, air con useless but can’t open windows. No staff around to speak to apart from a creepy night porter who swiftly disappeared. Emailed my feedback to premier inn to be told that I should’ve mentioned my issues at the time. To who?? Everything is automated these days (including check in/out) but an email of complaint isn’t accepted? Rubbish customer service, lazy staff, incompetent management.

Rubbish, the Hull city centre one is better

Easy to park in the shopping center. Requested a quiet room and we got one on floor 3. Strange sick smell in the corridor.  The room was ok bed comfortable.  Really warm no windows open. The zircon was on the lowest not sure how this would be in the summer. Breakfast ok . A man asked next to us if there were a baby change, and he was told no! He had to change the baby in the restaurant . Nice pub across the road and the oldest pub in Beverly is just a couple of minutes walk away

Ok stay

Your never disapoointed at this well used chain situated within sight of the Minster and much used by wedding groups your asssured of a comfortable silent nights sleep and an excellent breakfast for a fraction of the prices of local competition.Thet even allowed us to take our bikes into the beadrooms .Bliss!

RELIABLE

Always a lovely warm welcome with bubbly friendly staff at this hotel.  I often stay here for work trips and feel happy and safe as a female travelling alone.
I will always come back.  Also great location with some nice local restaurants in great walking distance.

Welcoming

Stayed here prior to my sons wedding with 9 other family members snd had a great stay. Had the meal deal and the food was excellent. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and polite.  Would definitely recommend. 

Great place to stay

We've stayed in Premier Inns before, and to be fair they've always been pretty good.  But this one is exceptional.  We stayed on one of the hottest days of the year so were very relieved when we entered our room to find it very cool due to air conditioning.  Everything was spotlessly clean.  We had an evening meal in the restaurant, Thyme, which was delicious.  All the staff were very friendly.  The whole atmosphere was relaxed. We also had breakfast  which was plentiful and lots of variety. The hotel is situated next to a very pleasant shopping area.
If I'm going to be picky, the only things I can criticise are the tv remote which was very temperamental and one of the towels, which although it was freshly laundered had some stains.
All in all a very nice place to stay and we shall certainly use it again.

Very welcoming

Good location next to the Flemingate shopping centre.
The only parking is next door in the shopping centre you can come and go and the maximum charge is £10 for 24 hours. There's also a drop off area for cars but this seemed to be permanently full.
As well as a few eating places in the shopping centre there's a nice pub called the potting shed across the road.
The room was standard premier Inn and was clean. They had issues with the water supply when we stayed which was inconvenient. There's also a bad smell in the corridor fortunately this didn't affect the room.
