A warm welcome awaits at St Leonard's Guest House. Pat the owner / host is excellent, very hospitable and nothing is too much trouble. The guest house has excellent off street parking and is a very short walk both to the lift to the beach and into the town centre and beautiful old town. The on suite bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and decorated to a high standard with a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room. The public areas are beautifully decorated and obviously a lot of thought has gone into the artwork. The guest lounge is music themed and an honesty bar is provided with a good range of wine beer and snacks. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food including full English, breakfast cereal, toast and fruit and yogurt. All served in a lovely dining room that is light airy and gets the morning sun. We had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend.
