Nice and Cute cozy stay for the mountain town. Location is slight uphill passing through the town market. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast  service was nice. the property had cute elevated kind of roof top dining area giving a decent view of mountains and calm vibes. Bed  Mattress needs Upgrade. The host was very kind and very attentive.

A delightful authentic stay. Well placed to explore the many shops and wineries. Quite a steep uneven hill from the street but after a few times its fine. Staff very pleasant and helpful. They served up a delicious breakfast too. The rooms were spacious  with original features and stayed amazingly cool.  Without a doubt as animal lovers the highlight for us was the resident cat and her 3 kittens who were adorable. I would definitely recommend this for a stay in Sirince

1st of of the Holiday

The hotel was excellent, just what we were expecting. The stuff was very friendly, rooms very nicely decorated. Serpil was cooking special breakfast for us every day, so additional thanks goes to her :)

Wonderful place to stay in Sirince.  

We only stayed for 2 nights as part of a tour in the region whilst visiting Ephesus and this was a perfect base.  The booking process was really easy and İlkay was very accommodating and quick to reply to emails. 

Upon arrival we were greeted and warmly welcomed by Peri (hope I spelt your name correctly) who was fantastic  and looked after us really well.  

We had some fun parking the rental car and getting our bags up to the room but was gratefully assisted by another gentleman who helped me with the larger suitcase.

The room was amazing and we loved the rustic charm and ambience of the whole place.  Really comfortable bed and great facilities.  

Everything in Sirince is within short walking distance and we enjoyed exploring the village.  

The stand out feature of our stay was the AMAZING breakfast that was lovingly prepared and served on the wonderful terrace by Peri.  We felt bad because we couldn't finish it all but we did learn about some lovely ingredients and Turkish specialities that we will try to recreate at home.

If we ever return to the area we would book to stay here again without hesitation.

Magical Stay at Sihirbazin Evi

Was fortunate enough to meet the host who happens to be a magician. Lovely  person. She invited us to her show and we simply loved it. I love this place it’s my second visit thus far. Definitely a winner for me. 

Excellence 

The Konak has a few rooms, each decorated in a different style and character. In the wooden structure you breathe the air of a past time, but still present. A time when you were warming up in front of the fireplace and you were in contact with nature. An atmosphere still present in Sirince, which characterizes Sihirbazın Evi. A true magic, given by the positive vibrations of the place and the warmth of the owner, Ilkay and their manager, Perihan, who took care of us since before we arrived, welcoming us as if we had known each other forever.

A magical w-end thanks to the village atmosphere but especially the warmth of the accommodation, a typical konak.

We booked at the last minute and the lady (former world champion of prestigiation and illusionism) welcomed us with open arms, driving us by phone home worried that we would not get lost in the province. The inn is delightfully furnished, with small and cozy rooms, with fireplaces in each room. Typical construction of the area carefully restored in respect of the local tradition.

A magical place.

Truly one of the best places I've stayed in Turkey, the hotel is an ancient Greek villa over 300 years old but perfectly preserved, our room was perfectly super large, cozy and clean with an incredible view of the small town of Sirince. It is perfectly located in a narrow, quiet street a 2-minute walk from the main street of the villa, the attention we received here was first-class the reception lady always attentive, besides Ilkay Sihorno who is the owner of this charming hotel is also always present to help you in whatever you need, with her we share a pleasant conversation about her experience and awards as a professional magician.

A hotel full of magic!

I loved the place, it is very well located very close to the main street and where is all the commerce of the town. 

It is a magical place to stay and enjoy this small and beautiful rustic village, the hotel is an old Greek mansion of more than 300 years perfectly preserved and suitable to give the best comfort to its guests, with many details that adorn it perfectly. 

The super spacious and comfortable room with spectacular views towards the town, first level attention always kind and attentive to anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, I love Turkish breakfast. 

We had the pleasure of meeting Ilkay, the owner of this place with whom we had a quick and pleasant conversation about life and her experience as a champion of magic, many thanks to the staff of Sihirbazin Evi for making our stay in Sirince perfect . 

We spent 3 nights here and if we could have spent more we would have done it, the place and the town are magical and super quiet. If you go to Sirince and plan to stay this is your place, I recommend 100%.

A magical place to rest and enjoy Sirince!

I stayed at Sihirbazin Evi for two nights in September, and it really was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed, - so full of character. The hotel is at the top of a very steep and uneven cobbled street. When the taxi dropped me off I was concerned how I was going to get my suitcase up there, but the landlady very kindly came down and met me, and we carried it up the hill between us.

Sihirbazin Evi is lovely old Greek house, wood and stone and decorated throughout with lots of traditional decorations and colours. Rugs, wall hangings, mirrors, lamps, decorative fabrics, pottery. My bedroom was a good size, and had another smaller bedroom and bathroom adjoining it. There was a wood burner, rocking chairs, a table, rugs and tiled floor. The lighting was soft and cosy. The bathroom was clean and modern, plenty of hot water and towels. It was such a beautiful room and it was clear the landlady had put a lot of work into creating a really welcoming and attractive place for her guests.

Breakfast took place up a staircase on the small roof terrace, and there was no set time, which I liked. This terrace offered a lovely view of part of Sirince and the hills beyond, and it was quiet and relaxing. The landlady was welcoming, professional and well mannered. Whilst she spoke no English and I spoke no Turkish we manage to communicate the essentials via Google translate on our phones. The breakfast each morning was delicious – a wide selection of fruits and vegetables (I am vegan) bread and chai.  

On my last day, I was allowed to keep my suitcase in my room until I left the village late afternoon. This was very much appreciated as it meant I was free to explore Sirince without having to drag my case round all day.

There was only one negative point. On my second evening as I returned to the hotel quite late at night,  a slim bearded bearded man was just ahead of me and held the door open for me. I went into my room for the night. However, half an hour later there was a knock at the door. It was the same man. He handed me a little bunch of flowers and told me (via a translate app on his phone) that I was beautiful. I was startled by this inappropriate behaviour and just said “Thank you”. I asked if he lived here and he said yes, so I wondered if he was the landlady’s husband or other relative? Then he texted to ask if he could kiss me – to which I said no and closed the door !! After that, as a single female traveller, I was concerned about him returning, especially if he lived there and would have had a spare key to my room. So I felt it necessary to barricade the door with furniture. He never returned, but I didn’t get much sleep.

Despite my nocturnal visitor, I loved this hotel, and it was a pleasure to stay here. The landlady  has created such a pretty and cosy home to share with her guests, and it really was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed.
