First room assigned unhealthy after complaint we were relocated to the renovated part room proper housekeeping well made large terrace this is an aging but clean hotel it reopened early in the year there is much to do to make it a good saying four stars the pool is well maintained but the tiles that the surrounding is not to the safety standards and slides a lot we witnessed many falls the beach is inaccessible filled with bad smells algae does not match at all the photos presented in the tourist brochure to walk along the beaches it is only filled with beautiful beaches the side of the restaurant this is the most negative point always the same reapprovisioning this food at the canton is really not a good thing we did not eat but the restaurant has a very positive price point of view

A very good Tunisian restaurant, a very great brave for the animation, the little care for the guests. Beautiful shows. All the hosts are smiling and available. A big thank you, we had a very good holiday thanks to them. Thank you to Rio for the unforgettable evenings with my girlfriends

To recommend to anyone looking for exceptional holidays Tunisians are very welcoming to listen respectfully from the housekeeping staff to the swimmer master and especially the animation team (especially that of Fram) they are all great in a word my best vacation I will be back so sure even the hotel is the top rooms with sea view that ask for more

A very good experience... clean room, good kitchen, very good animation... impossible to get bored... the staff is very generous, everyone treats you very well! Bravo to the whole team, we will be back next year!!!

Super hotel we used to go to Tunisia on vacation but this is by far the best hotel we've ever been to.

Great family vacation

On the last day, we did the check-out at 12h but our flights were only at 3am.
The hotel told us we could leave our luggage in a room inside the reception during the day.

When we were picking our luggage to go to the transfer, all our money was gone. I never saw a situation like this.

I expose the situation in the reception, they just didn't care.

What a shameful situation. Never coming back

The hotel was nice, the animation was very good, there was plenty of food and four times a day so you never get hungry.

It is a beautiful hotel with Kind animators with very very good shows.They have good activities throughout the day.  Beautiful beach. A lot of cakes and good food. The rooms were clean and climatiosation was also great. All the people are kind here you should visit all if you can.

Best holiday

It's a nice hotel with direct access to the beach. Every day there was a program from 10 to 18 hours by the entertainers who were all super friendly and wanted only the best! The whole hotel staff was friendly and friendly. You had to get used to the food in part, but there are some international dishes like pasta, pizza that you could eat well. Drinks were not all inclusive, but the ones available were sufficient and delicious! The city of Midoun, seven kilometers away was also very beautiful! I'd love to go back!:)

A lovely couple holiday in Djerba

Excellent hotel, incredibly well-motivated people, from the animation to the buffet. People are always willing to help, the animation staff is incredibly friendly, it's very helpful. The activities they propose at the hotel, they're very fun, and they make a good time. The rooms are always clean. An experience to repeat, I leave with the feeling of coming back one day.
