Very friendly staff, Timothy is awsome, you have a problem, he fixes it or will die trying. We ordered gluten free food for our daughter and it was no problem what so ever, the chef had absolute control over the situation and we didn´t worry one bit. In fact our daughter could eat everything served, fantastic. One problem they have is the road to the camp. You need a 4x4 to even consider going there in rainy season. There is black cotton soil on one stretch and it´s no joke, but if your hardcore like me, that´s one of the reasons you go back :), some proper 4x4 driving is hopefully awaiting you. If you get stuck, don´t worry, Timothy will come to the resque, just make sure you have a phone. I will definitly go back to see the migration go through the camp and just stay there for a week and not worrying about Serengeti. It can be a bit tricky to find the location so make sure you know where to go before departure. And more importantly, let Timothy know you are coming and at what time you expect to arrive. Can´t wait to go back. Hope to see you soon Timothy.
