We had a great meal and enjoyed the view at every second in here and at the end, the waitress told us they are going to closed it soon and after the renovations will be a new place but under the same management. She spoke perfect English. Will miss here, her and the experience.

Stayed there just for one night.   Booked on line more for the views and the price 

Extremely helpful staff and  The lady on reception was a true star ! 

The room was dated to say the least, nice view of the Lake, Ducks were on a high and almost for dinner !    Complete with the Cow bell serenade that was going on in a procession that night.  It was not quiet for sure !  
But enjoyable 
I had booked single room.  Warm, huge radiators and piping hot water 

The single bed was tiny.  The shower curtain stuck to your back, was this room for a midget.  I'm six foot and on the large size,   But sorry.  One night is all I would spend in that room 

I had dinner. Starter and Main course and a big bottle of beer for 55 Swiss francs.   Which was not that bad considering 

Breakfast was a cold selection and you could boil your own egg if you wanted 

It's minus three outside and the most you can get is a DIY boiled egg.  

I left with a smile though, probably the most helpful receptionist I've ever had the privilege to meet 

Stunning views but a bit too dated for me to return !

I took a chance booking this hotel online because for Switzerland it was a bargain.  Our rooms were clean and the views were to die for.  We had a small deck that made the stay enjoyable although we weren't in the room much because the town was small we went for a walk and listened to the cowbells.

Georgeous setting!

Super nice quiet location right by the lake. But the hotel is old and not very clean.... shower drops (why isn't that done?!) Director welcomed us very kindly! Breakfast staff unfriendly, the lady was incredibly bad-tempered! Breakfast is eaten inside despite the nice weather, which we found very unfortunate. General condition of the hotel was solala...

That's how it goes.

The only good thing is the lake view location for the rest of the time a disgusting, very small room with no TV. Foot washing, bath, manoeuvring to get in.

Old hotel

Located a few minutes from Küssnacht am Rigi, it is located exactly above the lake at Immensee and in fact the view is exceptional. Unfortunately the hotel is dated and you can see, the rooms would need a complete restyling, starting from the bed and furniture (now vintage).

It's a beautiful view, a much smaller hotel.

I was here with my girlfriend for a short stay during May. The staff is very friendly and the place is really beautiful. The hotel is quite old, but renovated and well maintained. Good breakfast. Lake view from the suggestive room. Recommended. Average price.

Amazing.

beds too soft and food average. location is excellent by the lakeside and close to the small village of Kuesnacht Square. value for Money and pleasent personnell. stayed also in annex some years ago. Quit place, no traffic or street noise.

Staff highly motivated and really hospitable. The hotel in the charm of the 60s - I love that - and very clean and well maintained. The location (about 10m to the Zuger lake) with steam deposits at the house and a fantastic view. As an Oberbauer you feel at home here - even the prices are like in Bavaria and not after the Swiss high-price hotel nap!!! compliment to all the staff and hotel management - like to keep coming back! 😛

I'm sure you'll be able to get there.

Very nice staff and very nice location. Unfortunately, you don't use these two important arguments and leave the hotel rotten. For decades, the hotel and the facility have probably not been touched by hand and that's a shame!!
