WOW! What a magical place. From the moment we arrived we were in love with Switzerland and Hotel Meisser. The extremely friendly staff and owner made you feel part of a family and nothing is too much for them to enhance your stay. We stayed over the Christmas period and cute little touches such as Christmas trees on the tables at dinner and songs around the fire pit with the staff team and Santa made it magical and memorable. The hotel is ideally located to explore on foot or using the bus and train that efficiently gets you where you want to be. The silence in the village and on the snow walks is blissful as are the views every way you look. The rooms are warm and welcoming and the free use of walking poles, rucksack and sledges were great additions. Great shower and bath and a pillow menu for those that need it. During our stay we walked from the hotel to Ardez and enjoyed amazing cakes in the patisserie, took the cable car from Scuol to Motta Naluns and walked the snowy path to the toboggan run (Oh my goodness! Fun but not for the feint hearted!), thoroughly enjoyed the spa in Scuol and loved the free train and bus travel once at the hotel. This was our first time in Switzerland and will not be our last! We will be back to enjoy this breathtaking country and this outstanding hotel. Thank you Hotel Meisser for all you did and all you were.
