We have been visiting our daughter in Stockholm for over 20 yrs and have stayed all over the city : Norwalk, Östermalm , Södermalm , and Hammarby. But beginning in 2022, we have stayed three times at Maude’s Enskede. It is situated in a scenic neighborhood , a 3 min walk to the Tunnelbana. It is on the Hagsatra Green Line, a trip “downtown” includes stops at Globen, Sodermalm, Gamla Stan, T Centrale, and Hotorget (Concert Hall). It is very quiet, and I always sleep very well there. The staff is very friendly and provides outstanding service: during our last visit, one of their staff fixed our suitcase which had a zipper jammed in the lock. The. breakfast offering is abundant, tasty, and tboughtful ( 2 lactose-free yogurt options ). They provide some homemade breads. I highly recommend this hotel . Larry Kien
