From the time of making a reservation everything was impeccable. As already mentioned in previous comments, Joaquim is very attentive, helpful and friendly host. Their accommodation it very lovely and super comfortable. Will come definitely come again and recommend to everyone !

We were very impressed and inspired by joachims passionate service and love of his profession.. He wasn't satisfied until we convinced him we were happy with what he had provided. The spa was unexpected, heated indoor pool with jacuzzi and hot shower in the middle of nowhere. The town of conesa was charming and not worn down by the many tourists that frequent spain. We were given an impromptu tour by a local who was excited to see someone who lived outside spain, we didn't communicate in any one language but were able to get by. This simple charm was evident in the accommodation too, Joachims taste was interesting and eclectic..

Last new year's eve we went to "El Clos" with our firiends and we enjoyed facilities and services a lot. It's a very nice and comfortable place. I want to recommend it to everybody who looks for calm and relax in a country zone. The small village of "Conesa" is a very beautiful medieval site.

My family and many friends have been visiting El Clos and the beautiful village of Conesa and surroundings for almost a decade.   All of our visits to El Clos have been simply outstanding.
Joaquim & Maria were the perfect hosts: providing a level of hospitality, friendship & generosity that was a rare & delightful experience. Their attention to detail & concern for our well-being & contentment makes a 5 stars hotel look very ordinary. Every day that we spent at El Clos is greeted with warmth, acts of care & generosity & samples of Joaquim delicious cooking. Our hosts' thoughtfulness & kindness were deeply appreciated as was their friendship & engaging companionship. 
The accommodation is tasteful, artistically beautiful, very comfortable & The village of Conesa is picturesque & charming as are its people. It has wonderful calmness that generates harmony & well-being.We would recommend El Clos, under Joaquim & Maria's gracious hospitality to anyone in the world.
