What a fabulous hotel! I found The One when researching a boutique hotel with a roof top pool, near the Old Town last year for a stay with my girlfriends & am about to go back for my 4th time since then! Everything about it is truly fantastic! The hotel itself has a lovely, chilled vibe, fabulous, well equipped and immaculate rooms, wonderful breakfast - with many delicious offerings and a view of the sea, terrace on the promenade, amazing rooftop pool - with sun loungers and canopy beds, rooftop bar and restaurant, in a lovely bay with the sea and Old Town views. The location in the lovely, relaxed bay of Figuretes, means you can chill in the hotel or enjoy an array of places to eat and drink right by the sea and are close to The Old Town (it's a short, lovely walk away or a few mins in a cab) as well as having easy access to many hot spots around the island. All this and the absolute gem are the staff! Customer service is truly fantastic. From booking, to concierge service, the warm welcome from the drivers and reception staff, the house keeping team, everyone you don't see behind the scenes, eg making the delicious food and the bar and restaurant staff downstairs and on the roof - everyone is professional and makes you feel very welcome and relaxed on your holiday. Special mention has to go to Valentina and Albaro at the roof bar and Natalia at Breakfast! I have recommended the hotel to friends too and having been twice with The Girls this past year, I am looking forward to my second family trip there with my husband and adult 'kids'. I don't usually return to places, as I am keen to explore, but I really can't wait to be back at The One - and have already booked it for next summer's girls' trip again!
