Four Points By Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal

My wife and I have stayed at hotels all over the world, from the Ritz to the Four seasons, to the Peninsulas to the One hotels and many other chains considered the finest hotels in the world. But I want everyone to know, that our experience here has been the finest hotel experience, this 60 year old, well-travelled executive, has ever had. Juan and the team, from Fabio who manages the restaurant and has provided the most encouraging pat on the shoulder every morning before breakfast, to Anna and Xiema who have not only giving me the highest level of service throughout the day along with their gracious and kind support to Tiago and Samantha who have served me my late night cocktail after a long day at the hospital - they have all provided a high level of professionalism while showing the truest, deepest, level of care for their guests - a level that i have never experienced before. My wife and I found ourselves in the middle of a medical emergency while staying in Barcelona. I had to travel at the last minute and I was literally blessed by the Lord to have arrived at the Sheraton Four Points Barcelona. Juan and the team have treated me/us like family and have supported me and my wife in every way possible! While I think people and the way they treat one another are the most important aspect of any business interaction, I also want everybody to know that this hotel and it's restaurant are some of the finest facilities in Barcelona end have out-performed in every way. If I was able to yell from the mountain tops, I would encourage anybody from any place in the world to stay at this hotel!
