I was surprised that for Sr 150 per night how the place exceeded my expectations.Since I stayed only one night my basic expectations were the place should be clean (specially toilets), pleasant, a comfortable bed, security with a place to park the vehicle and boy they delivered all.I was suppose to check out at 3PM but I told due to unavoidable circumstances I can leave only at 4PM and I actually left at 5PM. But the person at reception didn't utter a word or charge a single halala and a thumbs up for that courtesy!! Only issue could be finding restaurants close by and the closest was the Shawaya House at a 1 minute walk.The restaurant cluster at Prince Majid Road is at a 15 minute drive away which is not bad.Even though there was no safety deposit in the room since there was another door inside for the room which could be locked I was satisfied by that.There is an elevator as well so no tiring of climbing stairs.Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't expect a 5 star package from a budget apartment and wants only the essentials to be in place.
