53 reviewsThe Petershtadt Guest House is not a hotel as it's name suggests but a guest house with 5 rooms, situated in a courtyard (used as a parking lot) off a street in the heart of the Admiralteysky District of St. Petersburg with almost every tourist site is within walking distance. You will need to print the directions sent to you to find it as it is well hidden on the ground floor of a 1758 apartment building (see enclosed photos). we were met by a charming hostess (who is not on site all the time) had the house rules explained and shown the room which was spotless had a comfortable bed, a safe, fast Wi-Fi and a nice bathroom/toilet. The room was very quiet at night. There was no breakfast but tea/coffee & cupcakes were available at the end of the corridor. The guest house is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and many "canteens" which are self service restaurants. The Hermitage, St.Isaak Cathedral & Nevsky prospekt are but a few minutes walk from the guest house.
