The daily price is indicated for up to 4 adult guests, the houses can accommodate up to 6 guests, including children. The accommodation is suitable for both short-term and long-term stays. There is no fence around the house. Guests can take a steam bath, plunge into a font, fry meat, sit with their family by the fire, play board games, and watch a movie next to the stove-fireplace.

The house is furnished with furniture, appliances and utensils, each house has a kitchen for self-catering. Guests have plates of different sizes, several types of glasses, glasses, cups, all the necessary cutlery, including a corkscrew, scissors, everything you need to set the table, pots and pans of different sizes, a baking dish, a colander, an oven, a 2-burner hob, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a wood-burning stove with a lighter, a TV with Smart TV, a cabinet and a rail for placing personal belongings, a coffee machine for capsule coffee, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, capsules for a washing machine and a dishwasher, skewers and a grill for a barbecue, firewood, briquettes, coal, matches for kindling a stove or barbecue, board games, books and magazines, a washer-dryer.

The bathroom has a set of towels for each guest, soap, shampoo and shower gel. Each room has convectors for heating, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the territory. After each guest, a thorough cleaning and disinfection of surfaces is carried out.

For safety, the site is fenced, guarded, common areas are under video surveillance. On the territory, each house has a veranda overlooking the river and forest, each house has a barbecue area and a fire pit, there is a playground, 2 baths and 6 furako baths, parking, automatic gates by phone, asphalt driveways lead to the house.

On the territory there are two baths with panoramic windows and a view of the forest. Each bath has a vat with lighting, which, if desired, can be filled with hot water. In one of the baths, a voice assistant Alice is installed, which will allow guests to control their steaming with a voice command.
