Casa D'Aldeia

My family and I spent a week at Casa D'Aldeia and were impressed from the first minute. The house and the associated property have been completely restored, preserving the charm of an old mansion. We stayed in a Suite and it felt like a journey through time. The rooms are very large, tastefully decorated and set up with antique furnitures. Not only the loving restoration of the old house , but also the delicious and varied breakfast with fresh fruits from the own garden and home-made jam are also worth a trip. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Especially Cremilda, the owner of the house, made our stay unforgetable. She has taken care of everything and made sure that special wishes for a birthday surprise were fulfilled. The swimming pool and the whole garden area were well maintained and very clean. Many nights we spent in the fireplace room, where we could end the day. We will definitely be back.
