Kasbah Hotel Panorama

We had 2 nights at Kasbah Panorama. Our room was large and luxurious. The bathroom was huge with plenty of hot water. Breakfasts and dinners were fantastic. The hotel has the best view of the dunes, the town and the surrounding landscape. Our hosts were wonderful. It was cold, rainy and windy for part of our stay. Our hosts lit the fire for us, made us mint tea and were very hospitable. Our room had air conditioning so we were very warm. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

i spent 3 night in the desert merzouga. i been  there  for  the first time in my life. hotel kasbah Panorama  is  one  of the best  spot to be .    a very  beautiful view over looking the dunes of Erg chebbi.  the stuff  who  works there   are  so  good.  the food  is  very tasty.

donè't miss4 or 5 night in this fabulous hoteml.

We are 2 Bikers how we're recommended to The Panorama. Couldn't be happier with our choice. Fantastic hotel situated on a small outcrop with views over the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Ali the host is excellent speaking several languages and taking time to speak personally with guests. This is our 8th day of a 2 week trip and the food here is by far the best tasted so far. Romantic and comfortable with very friendly staff. We were looking forward to our delicious food served in the beautiful courtyard with fabulous view. Would love to go back. Thanks to Hassan, Esmaeel, Mohammad, and Mustafa for making it so memorable for us.

We loved the eclectic decoration and charm of this kasbah of spectacular views. The dinner was tasty and prepared with care. Hassan wins the price for the most attentive and patient host we had during our week long bike trip in Morocco. He is a well manner and educated man who also speaks perfect Spanish. He has a good knowledge of the country and helped us book a camel ride and our route from Merzouga. We had a misunderstanding with the payment (entirely our fault) and he was very gracious fixing it. 
A small incident with the hot water in our room will not stop us from coming back.

We were in Merzouga last week and stayed at the Kasbah Hotel Panorama.  It was wonderful.  We had breakfast and dinner there and the boys in charge played the drums for us every evening after dinner in front of the fireplace.  We were in the heart of the Sahara desert so the nights were cold but our room had heating and it was lovely.   We had camels painted on the walls and other Moroccan decor.  In the morning we sat outside on the terrace with our breakfast and watched Erg Chebbi, the dunes of the Sahara.  My sister-in-law Niema Ash wrote a book about Morocco “Travels with my Daughter” and she talks about the dunes in Merzouga.  I was so happy to accompany her retracing  her desert trip and to stay at the Kasbah Hotel Panorama.  I highly recommend it.

The Kasbah Panorama is located on a rocky outcrop with views over the Sahara and with camels feeding in a rear compound. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably spacious. They are relatively basic but suitably atmospheric. The staff are friendly and attentive and both breakfast and dinner were of a good standard. The Kasbah Panorama was an ideal stopping point before venturing into the desert.

I don't recommend this hotel as the staff is really rude, the rooms are in very bad conditions and they mention they have internet but it doesn't work at all.
