Hotel Cascade

Very beautiful and peaceful place and the staff is so friendly and nice. The terrace will give you a massive view on the  bab bou jeloud (the blue door) and the medina, where you can enjoy the sunset and chill yourself. Definitely recommended!!!

Beautiful and paceful place

We got up in the street and we wanted to have a beer. The neighbor across the street who we wanted to eat at warned us that it wasn't a real beer but a beer without alcohol. A dispute broke out between the two establishments. We decided to go there anyway. And then go to eat across the street. When the boss asked us to pay 120 dirhams. Shocked we repeated it several times. As we went down the street the boss told us that it's fine it's free. We left. There the server caught up with us and we got 100 dirhams. He probably kept it for him. We told him that it was dishonest not to post the prices. But some of the residents didn't avoid the image of the terraces.

TRUFFA!!! we were looking for a place to dine with a good view of the Medina we were convinced by two guys (I don't know if they have anything to do with the hotel) that promising us a dinner they accompanied us to the terrace of this hotel (with a very nice view) in fact the terrace is not used to restaurant, they give you a menu at random and go to pick up the selected dishes in the premises next door making them, for the most part, pay a lot and cook really fast and share THIS IS NOT THE MAROCCHINA CUCINE!!! from complaint.

I'm going to tell you something.

My rooms here have been small . I have stayed here twice.   Location is great . Restaurant has seemed to be limited or finished..   Bathrooms not so great but they clean them each day..   There are several newer places next door, one could check out. The roof top has great view of old city and my room  had a great view of old city..

Nice location, nice people

When you go down to the terrace and are given a price card, after ordering only a drink, the waiter tells us that if we don't order food, the price of the drink is more expensive.....A pier and some shenanigans.

Horrible 

Very disappointed by this evening in this restaurant. deplorable cuisine: light soup with mostly pepper, sheep tagine with bone, fat and skin and a little pasty gazelle horn. A super salty addition: the terrace view is very expensive and Moroccan coca cola is a ruinous picket! Nothing better to do than go your way and look elsewhere!

Running away

Expensive drinks and charge you to much when you pay! Check your bill before you pay. Also they charge you 10% extra and it's not noted in advance. Food was also moderate

Don't ever go to this place if you're going to Fez, you'll be fooled from the start, hot beers for over 4 euros, bad manners by the bartenders, the worst thing about Fez, very dirty, the most unpleasant thing I've seen in a long time.

A robot, a gentuza, is a human being.

Walk by late afternoon and persuaded to go up to the rooftop for a great view and a drink. After much discussion about local wines and beers decided to try the local alcohol free rose. Tried to get the exact price for it but told how good it was and reasonably priced ordered a 375ml bottle. 
SHOULD HAVE GOT THE EXACT PRICE, MY FAULT.
Quite a shock when bill arrived, 223dh or Euro23 for a half bottle of nice average wine.
We are here for another 2 days so they will not get repeat business from us.
Food was ok and reasonable price but left with nasty taste in my mou.

Don’t buy local wine

We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was good, however the service was substandard - forgot several times the beverages ordered and got wrong one meal order. The worst was that they overcharged our bill. Tourist trap.
