We chose this place based on the reviews and location, and both proved to be the right choice. The accommodation is rustic, which is in keeping with it being in a former Venetian pallazo, and we were right on the seafront, immediately by Perast Marina which, despite it’s name, is where local fishermen tie up their rowing dinghies. The place is well appointed, with a good kitchen and a washing machine, and there’s a well-provisioned mini market almost next door. The shower room is small, but adequate for our needs, and with plenty of hot water. The view from our window is sublime; we left the window and shutters open permanently, and while during our visit there were three weddings nearby, there was no noise after 11pm, only the lapping of the sea on the wharf below the window. Perast is a beautiful town where no cars are allowed (the big car park is 50m away), and is spoiled for bars and restaurants, from the really classy Conte Naituca, to superb pizzas at Bocalibre. Moreover, water taxis are available to take you to Kotor, and if you have a car, Perast is a perfect base to explore Montenegro. We loved it here, for countless reasons; planning to return next year.

The owners are very friendly, the apartment is very comfortable and the price-quality ratio is very good. It is very well located, with incredible views.

We stayed in the Apartment with Terrace at Gudco and we had a lovely stay.

We were sent very helpful clear arrival guidance and directions as well as local information which was all really helpful.

We parked at the North Car Park and it was a simple 2 minute walk along the front to the apartment.

We checked in quickly and were in our apartment in minutes.

This apartment is at the end of the internal path and enjoys a nice private terrace and lovely outdoor sitting area.  We sat here regularly and really enjoyed it.  You enter the apartment to the kitchen which is fully fitted, with a breakfast bar sitting area, TV, fridge, hob etc.  Only thing was there was no consumables like salt, tea, coffee, cleaning material or washing powder.

The bathroom was very nice, and like the entire apartment spotless clean.  It had a washing machine which was great for us and the terrace area had a line to dry things.

The bedroom was very comfortable too and had a small sofa and wardrobe for our luggage.

The AC was in the bedroom and very effective.  The windows also had good shutters and kept the room cool and dark as appropriate. 

I think the biting insects hang around under the table at the terrace so give the area a spray and use the supplied electronic deterrent. 

Overall we had a lovely stay and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely stay in a beautifull town

The location is perfect. You can walk a few meters to the beach or the town centre. It is a place with a special charm. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything necessary (never, kitchen, washing machine, air, etc..), the owner is very nice and will help you in whatever he can. A place really to recommend.

Great location and very desirable stay.

We were so glad to find this apartment in Perast, Kotor Area. It was super clean, spacious and cosy. The people were very very nice! It was a way of getting in touch easily with local people.
The apartments are in the heart of Perast, some of them with sea view.

Wonderful sea view

We were looking for something different to the usual sterile apartment and wow this certainly hit all the buttons. The warm welcome from our host and her three cats set the tone from the start ensuring we felt like part of the family, despite her limited English, although I understand she is fluent in Italian and French. We loved the apartment's location by the museum and seafront, the shared yet intimate terrace and the authentic decoration and ornaments, many made by our host and her husband. The apartment contained everything you could need, cooker, fridge, microwave, air con etc. Highly recommended and excellent value.

Delightful

We had a double room on the second floor, so there was no apartment. The view from the window went straight to the bay, the water was only 20 meters away. We really didn't want to be away from there at all. The hostess was very nice and the room was very clean and the whole atmosphere was friendly and not dusty like many other guesthouses. Especially because of the location of one of the most beautiful accommodations we ever had.

From the friendliness of the welcome to the sheer charm of this nautically-inclined, quirkily and tastefully decorated apartment, this was a charming and restful few days in the lovely town of Perast. Our hostess was a treat as were her three cats!...and the apartment wanted for nothing (although if you want a hairdryer, it may be best to request one when we booked as we did). We had the largest apartment... on the ground floor... which had all of its own facilities as well as a shared and plant- and flower-strewn  terrace...although we only shared that space with our Hosts' cats!  Perast is only a small town and the apartment is virtually on the Bay front. Restaurants abound and the few we tried were exceptional both in terms of food and service. Altogether, a delightful experience.

Perastian Delight

I've been attracted to the fairy tale Perast for a long time, so I didn't go in season. Tourists were hardly noticed, which gave the area even more magic. It's hard to find apartments on the numbers listed at the address, so it's better to write down and clarify the guidelines.
