Pros: Everywhere in this guesthouse is clean. It looks nice and smell nice, even in the toilet. Has comfortable bed and warm blanket. With 2 shower rooms and occupied by only 10 people top when it's full booked, you might no need to wait showering for long. And it's also quiet, unless you are the one who is noisy ;) -Close to Keihan Train Station and bus stop. Close to convini, some restaurants, dan Gion Area. Got good view of Kamogawa River and fancy restaurant from living room. Very kind and helpful host. Cons: I was so fine with everything. I got great experience like no complain. But if I had to be picky, it would be better if the guesthouse had filtered water. I know it's very safe to drink tap water in Japan. But sometimes I still can teste the chlorine from the water. And free towel would also be nice, instead of renting it (though it's still cheap). Bottomlines: It's nice and cute small guesthouse. Guesthouse Tu Casa does feel like your home. Maybe even better!
