a wonderful holiday and a perfect residence for a complete relaxation. the rooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen of the apartment is full of kitchen tools. excellent terrace, with beautiful views, for breakfast and dinner. the residence is located a few minutes from the beach accessible even on foot.

What a wonderful experience.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the beach in a very quiet olive grove where you can find peace of mind.  The clean and cozy apartment has Wi-Fi and air conditioning and a large porch, used very happily by our two dogs.

The Peace of the Senses

It is a modern building, situated in a privileged position between the beaches of Molinella and Scialmarino, surrounded by vegetation, 3 km from Vieste.

That's great.

We were two couples, a comfortable apartment with a new bathroom, we had two dogs, we also had a small garden, Luigi, the owner, very kind and generous person, sea with a free beach at 500 meters.

Beautiful place, quite quiet and clean, houses quite equipped and with large spaces outside, beautiful sea and a few steps away.

Reviews of the Commission

We stayed in this residence for 4 nights, paying about 180 euros a night. For a similar price we would have expected at least that we would have been provided with essential services and attention. On the contrary, what we found in front of him was a lack of attention to the maintenance of the apartment, the exterior and poor services. As soon as we entered the monolocal, we found at least 3 large spiders in the bathroom, accompanied by an invasion of ants. At some point we found the aforementioned ants even in our bed.

Total absence of maintenance!!!

The residence looks nice in a very quiet location but once you enter an apartment that's disappointment! Cardboard furniture, rust everywhere, plates, rubbish, shower. In the kitchen there are 2 and only 2 of everything, plates, glasses, cups, lounges. No oven, no kitchen knives, two pots and two pans and nothing else. Plastic table both inside and outside dirty table and even the towel above. Outside there is the barbecue but the grills are so thin that we don't really think about cooking anything, there's not even anything to clean it. In the bathroom besides the dirty drawer the bathroom is too tight so we put the shower and the toilet floor too tightly closed, so I can't understand why all three nights of the restroom is so hard to finish, because I can't even think about the toilet courtyard, so I can't even think about the toilet courtyard, so I can't finish the three nights of the bathroom, so I can't think about the toilet courtyard, so I can't think about the toilet courtyard, so

What a disappointment!

Very small, tiny rooms, no living room, ants in the kitchen, shower curtain running too fast that floods the bathroom and not supplied with anything so much that we had to buy almost everything.

Weight

It's a good location, but the apartment is wet, very close to the beach of Molinella and the town of Vieste, and all in all, it's a nice, comfortable place, and you can book it at a good price.
