209 reviewsWe stayed for a week at Niblea in late August/September. And what can I say, but we still dream about our stay there! This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Its immaculate and intimate. The staff make it feel like you are family - (Ciao Bruno and Andrea). I cannot thank them enough for addressing all our questions, meeting all our needs and overall being just genuinely warm human beings. The property itself is very well designed and decorated. All the public areas evoke the beauty and culture of the Sud Tirol/Alto Adige region. The artwork, the furniture, the flooring, the textiles, combined with the sweeping views of Ortesei in the valley below make for a truly magical experience. The rooms are minimalist and clean and calming, just how I like it. The built environment of Niblea enables to declutter your brain. The pool and the spa facilities are just what the doctor ordered after a lovely day of hiking in mountains. Now to the food - IT IS THE BEST! And this is no hyperbole, there is love, care and thoughtfulness that goes in to the food they serve. We looked forward to our dinners every evening. The ingredients used in the dishes are mostly local and the magic that they do in the kitchen translates to an immensely satisfying dining experience. The suggested wine pairings were always on point. Thank you to the entire staff of Niblea and the Rella family for a memorable stay. We will be back!
