Relais Villa Rossi

My wife and I booked into Villa Rossi Romantic Relais for a week and ended up staying there one extra week as we found the Relais most charming. Set on the side of a hill overlooking the sea provides a milder climate in the summer which you appreciate particularly when returning from the beech, only ten minutes' walk away. The room we stayed in was spacious and nicely furnished with air conditioning. The restaurant, where we dined occasionally, is superb, my only regret is that we should have eaten there more often but we were frequently out with friends. The staff was also excellent and the landlady in charge of the Relais was most courteous and charming: she supervised the running of the Relais meticulously and was always ready to provide useful information. The park surrounding the Relais is kept beautifully. I shouldn't forget mentioning the delicious breakfast and the homemade "crostata" and cakes.
