All I needed and much more. Perfect location. 10 mins from the beach. 20 mins from town. Loved the room I had. No Aircon but the fan supplied worked fine. Great shower and really comfortable bed. Also loved the flexible breakfast arrangement. Basically make it when you want it. Especially teas and coffee anytime. Loved that idea. Luigi my host was really helpful. Not only with recommendations within Pescara (I visited most with my limited time and all were good), but also the surrounding area of the Abruzzo region which I have fallen in love with. I'm now calling it 'The Heart of Italy' given its coastline, countryside and mountain regions. Literally a place for all seasons. I highly recommend a stay here for however long you have in Pescara. Last time I was here I stayed in a hotel but was not happy with breakfast for the price. But don't take my word for it, try it out for yourself and write your own honest review. Ciao for now.
