I had an amazing experience at the Torre di Cordaglie. The highlight of my stay was speaking with the owner, Giuliana . Giuliana's agriturismo is exceptionally clean and each piece of furniture as well as the decorations and fixtures are uniquely Umbrian. The bathroom was spotless and I had the pleasure of showering in natural spring water from the comfort of my own room. The common areas in the tower are decorated with very fine ceramics from the surrounding hill towns. Giuliana serves only the freshest ingredients and the breakfast menu is determined by the season. Giuliana exclusively purchases products from the region. The Torre di Cordaglie is also fairly close to famous hill towns like Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, and Montefalco.
