The location is good, outside the village of Venturina but not too far away, convenient for the beaches of Rimigliano and Baratti. Positive sides: very garden, very well maintained, beautiful swimming pools with space for everyone. In the garden there are also welcome extra: 4 barbecues available, children's games, bocce field, ping-pong. covered parking for various cars. The apartment, we had one with two rooms, is quite spacious, equipped with the appliances that are needed. Porticoed to stay outdoors. I liked: - the first thing is the lack of muskets at the windows and doors. this is a rich area of mosquitoes, and not having little protection can be a problem.

Nice residence with some improvement needs

The kitchen corner is shamefully lined with various incrustations as well as a dated slice of stewed sauce. In the fridge, also dirty, hang the fridge door. There are some stains of ointment even on the patio floor. There are no bidet towels; instead a stained mat. The reception is closed as it was when we arrived (we called to see someone who simply asked us for the documents and gave us the Uva monoloids).

Period 18-25 August: - empty reception but (only positive element) Antonio (the owner) answers the phone immediately and in a few minutes solves the small disguises (reactivate en electric post temporale, use copy of the keys) - large but poorly maintained environment, grill area and green abandoned to themselves. - Apartment equipped with mini kitchen to disappear (telephonically it would have to be a small corner cooking) - mold on the walls in the bathroom, despite recent bleaching (temperature sketches still on infissi) - found a mouse after the campaign (inflating under the closet-cu mouse), Antonio entrusted us with a small trap with adhesive... completely ineffective.

A week to be completely reviewed

We spent a week in this farmhouse in August. The place is beautiful, completely immersed in nature. The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The owners are very kind and welcoming. We would like to return!!

Experience to repeat!!

We stayed with my wife 4 days in the bridge of May 2018 taking a Bilocale from 47 m2 With kitchen use. The farmhouse is well maintained and has 9000 m2 of green with two swimming pools that at the moment They were not yet in operation (we are in April). The premises are well maintained and recently built and works All due to hot water kitchen WI-FI etc. The farmhouse is equipped with an outdoor barbecue with 4 stations For those who want to grill. near the Mare (Bilo beach of Rimigliano) and in Baragliano 5 minutes by car.

We returned to this farmhouse after 8 years to spend a weekend at Rimigliano Sea. The service offers mini-bilocal or monolocal accommodation with independent cousinetto. This time I have to say that the mono to us was a bit cold and wet (probably because it was just open and therefore not very well ventilated) but above all very summarily clean. This service I think should be improved.
