Thus place is a hidden gem - top location, spacious, nicely decorated 🍋, close to shops and restaurants, really beautiful view from the front-side balcony. There is also a small garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee ☕. The hosts are very nice people - so friendly and willing to help with everything they can, no matter what time it is. Thank you Nuria and Marco for the attention and kind assistance during our stay. We had a great time in Agrigento 🧡. Writing this review brings back so beautiful memories.

This hotel was in a beautiful location and the owners are the most warm and welcoming couple.  The hotel is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and if you like animals there are cats and dogs to greet you!  We had a lovely stay, thank you very much for your hospitality.

My friends and I stayed here for one night in a room for 4 people and really enjoyed or stay (in fact, we tried to stay one more night but the place was fully booked!).

The place is perfectly located, the room and bathroom were very clean and breakfast was very nice as well.. But truly the place almost deserves a visit for the owners, they are simply lovely!!

My stay at BB Piccolo Gellia was one of the best moments during the whole stay in Sicily. Hosts are simply amazing, chatting in the morning during breakfast I got to know more about Agrigento, than any guide could provide. This will be my mandatory point to return to - hopefully sooner than later!

Staying in Piccolo Gellia B&B was amazing! The hosts were really, really kind, relaxed, and super helpful. Since there were no other guests at that time, they "upgraded" our room for free and even let us check out whenever we wanted. plus they gave us a little traveling guide of Agrigento!The place looks really nice and cozy, and even if we stayed there only for a night we immediately felt like at home. 10/10! I strongly recommend this place!

The hotel is located in the center of Agrigento, however, if traveling with a vehicle it is difficult to find parking near by. Really ecletict decore, 2 dogs and 1 cat and beautiful patio. Staff amazing! WiFi, didn't reach in the room (only in the dining room).

We stayed in this place because it was very close to Valley of the Temples (11 minutes away) which we visited prior to checking in. The GPS led us to a building but, come to find out, it wasn't the right building and we needed to come down quite a few more steps to get to the front door. It would be great if the hosts could send their guest maybe snapshots of how to go to get to the front of the building to avoid confusion. However, the host finally found us and walked us to the entrance. Both hosts were very friendly and helpful and pointed out places of interest to see, a grocery store, and recommended a restaurant for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). We left our 2 dogs with a pet sitter back in Germany and were happy to be greeted by the 2 pugs (one which is super friendly and took to my 8-year old son, much to his delight!). Her name is "Gaga" and you will not soon forget her!!! She is a firecracker!The bathroom was roomy and spacious and met our needs. The location is wonderful and right in the heart of Agrigento. There is also a small market in front of the B&B. I would recommend the place to anyone except if you are possibly allergic to dogs or cats.

Great place in Agrigento

Great location, friendly hosts, and "Gaga" the Pug

First of all; when you read the reviews for this place, please note that the bad reviews are more than 5 years old and that things seems to have changed significantly, as none of the problems described are accurate anymore!

The B&B is in a very good location, yet hard to find if you are unfamiliar with Agrigento. Many gps:s give you a run for your money, which is frustrating. We found that google maps was the one that gave us the best instructions to find the place. Once you have found it, you cannot really miss it anymore. So please, use google maps, not the gps of your rental car!

When you arrive you are greeted with a super friendly couple and probably also their cute dogs and cats as well! You will feel welcome the very instant you get there! The place is very personal and nice in many ways. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We slept really well!

The bathroom is shared. This was not obvious from our hotel.com booking, however, being the only guests at our off season visit, this was no problem. Just be aware of it; for some it is okay while for others a private bathroom is a requirement. The bathroom and shower were nonetheless very clean, so don't worry about it!

There was some noise in the street, but then again, it depends on you if this bothers you or not. I am a light sleeper, so I did wake up, but my hubby slept like an overfed labrador. If you want a really quiet place, then there are some risks here, but if you can cope with a bit of noise (and I can, even if I wake easily), then you have nothing to worry about. 

The cats like your company in the morning if you let them in. And who does not love to pet an animal? We found it charming. Of course, if you are allergic, talk to the owners. They are really friendly and I am sure they will help you out. 

Staying at this place was a fantastic experience and it left me with a warm heart and mind. You will feel at home here!

Wonderful!

We had great fun staying here. Luca and Peppino were delightful hosts. Our only issue was the boom of music from the deli on the main street but why a deli needs music god knows. And the ' underground pub' further along. But we're too old for clubbing! Quirky and characterful  apartment.
