Perfect on all points. The hostess cuts herself in four to satisfy us, no one is really friendly. Her breakfasts are extra and her tips for tours too. The restaurant recommendation is very good but don't hesitate to do all the killarney there are for all tastes.

It's perfect.

We stayed for one night at the Sancta Maria B&B. Our ensuite room was a good size and our beds were comfortable. The parking is a bit tight, but not a problem. Kathleen is so welcoming, friendly, and kind. She looks after you like you are family. Her breakfast was delicious. She was very helpful in helping us plan our days ahead and even had a map to help us. We picked this B&B from bandbireland.com given to us by our travel company. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this B&B.

Lovely cozy B&B

Kathleen the hostess is adorable, welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are very clean, spacious enough and have anything needed. Excellent breakfast, we’ll know were to go next time we’re in the area.

Lovely B&B

Kathleen, our hostess, with little care for her guests both from the point of view of breakfast cooking and super tips for visiting her beloved Ring of Kerry (which is definitely worth the trip) and who even folded herself in four to wash me two T-shirts that she gave me back.

A very quiet place

On our trip to Ireland we were allowed to stay here for three nights - we wish we had stayed longer. The hostess Kathleen welcomed us with incredible love, was super attentive and always friendly. This is probably the typical Irish hospitality. The rooms were large and the little-washed bathroom was very clean and modern. The breakfast was really great. Large selection, everything fresh or freshly prepared and just delicious! Special requests were also accepted. Parking lots are available at the door. Kathleen always had numerous excursion tips and recommendations. And you could see before she gave us a flyer card of the round-the-clock (walking, city planning, city planning, etc.) - a great choice of food, of course, and we would always go to a great restaurant in Kathleen B&B! - 10 minutes's drive away from B&B. We would definitely miss the best recommendations in the city!

Wonderful B&B

Killarney was my favorite stop in Ireland, and this b&b is part of the reason. The room we stayed in is large and clean. The host Kathleen is fantastic, and her breakfast is absolutely delicious. The home is walking distance to town center, and there is PLENTY to do. I would definitely recommend this. 

Great host, great room

First, we join all five-star reviews and if we could, we would also give six or seven stars. Our stay in this beautiful B&B will be unforgettable. Everything was just right here!!! We felt greatly comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. Thank you dear Kathleen for your warmth and good tips. We would love to come back...

What a wonderful B&B!

We had a great stay in this B&B. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Our host was super friendly and was keen to make our stay as good as possible. She knows her area perfectly well and will give you the best tips and tricks. The B&B is located in a very quiet neighborhood a good 10 minutes walk from the city center which allows you to take a little digestive walk after having passed through one of the local restaurants. Finally, breakfast is fine. If we go back through there one day, we will return there without any hesitation.

It's a great stay.

We stayed here only one night but it was just right. Kathleen, the owner is a wonderful host who went out of her way to prepare our rooms before check in times to make our day easier. The house is just a kilometer or 2 out of the heart of town which really makes it a perfect location.  Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and delicious. We were able to drive right to Kilgorlin only about A 30 minute drive and start the Ting of Kerry. This is a must stay in Killarney.
