Proximity to the beach for this price is really noteworthy. There is a small lawn in the middle of the property, ideal for a relaxing evening.
They have generator backup, in house dining facilities,room service,parking space(please confirm with them if already full),spacious rooms,travel assistance,transport readily available outside the gate to take you anywhere. The staff/team is very polite and cooperative. Check-in/out is as per Puri standard -8am. 
Proper covid procedures are followed like sanitization of rooms, etc and fresh bedsheets/towels are provided.
Ground floor a.c 4 bedded rooms adjacent to the lawn is ideal for groups and big families.
One star minus-detailed cleaning and food quality.

Good location budget hotel in Puri

We have stayed at 8th November to 11th November,2019. Rooms are king size, large sea view balcony, ideal for family. It is very near to Sonar Gouranga. The place is  calm, and pleasant. Sunrise can be observed from balcony itself. Hotel staffs are very polite and co-operative. They are at the service with smile whenever asked. They have restaurant. Food quality is ok. Overall it is a great stay and I wish them all the best.

Excellent tour in puri

Please please please do not board in this hotel. 
Reasons:1) Dirtiest to the power infinity. 2) Comod broken and shaking. Basin very very dirty. 3) Gyser and TV kept disconnected from Reception most of the time. You have to call them everytime you want to use these basic necessities. 4) Rooms are full of mosquitoes. 1 mosquito repellant provided which doesnt work. 5) Window latches are broken. 6) Bedcovers are shabby and unclean. No blanket covers are given. 7) During emergency of a boarder also they are looking for money. 8) I had to shorten my stay from 3 days to 1 day because of my mother's illness and take a return flight in emergency situation. Their check out timing is 7.30am whereas I checked out at 10.15am. They showed no mercy but charged for full 2days. No request for consideration worked. 
IF ANYBODY WANT TO WASTE THEIR MONEY YOU CAN STAY HERE, OTHERWISE DONT.

Worst to worst and fraud hotel I have ever stayed in.

We have stayed at October Dussera time. Rooms are spacious, big sea view balcony, ideal for family. It is on Puri beach and very near to Sonar Gouranga. The place is peaceful, calm, and pleasant, far from the crowd of Swargdwar. Sunrise can be observed from balcony itself. Hotel staffs are very polite and co-operative. They are at the service with smile whenever asked. They have restaurant. Food quality is ok. I advise to introduce thali system meal for lunch and dinner.
The hotel has enough potential to increase their star rating to 3 or 4. Please clean the room properly. Change bed sheet, towel, certain to white one. Introduce AC dining section. Overall it is a great stay and I wish them all the best…

Grate Stay...

The hotel is situated far from the maddening crowd of Swargdwar. It is located amidst serenity of sea beach. One could enjoy enjoy the nature from the core of heart. The rooms are fantastically clean and equipped with all the modern amenities. Foods served is delicious and affordable. Service is excellent and maintained by friendly and helpful staffs.

Sea view and serenity!

This is a small but good place to stay. A person can really enjoy sea from this place. It is on the Chakratirtha Road. The food needs improvement, and the furnitures need proper maintainance. The staff are good.

A nice place away from the madding crowd of Swargdwar

The hotel is situated in the Golden model beach. Away from the congested Puri Beach. Rooms are having basic facilities which are OK as per the tariff. The complimentary breakfast was a thing that I want to forget. Nearby Bengali Food is available but limited. Staff is friendly.
