My 'stay' at the Covinille will go down as the worst experiences I've ever had with a hotel after traveling close to 20 years. After booking at a good rate through Booking.com, the staff refused to accept our booking on arrival and proceeded to mock and laugh at us, saying 'you could never book us at that price'. They then tried to convince us we'd cancelled the booking ourselves, despite Booking.com staff confirming our booking was still active. The Covinille staff told us we wrong, we'd cancelled it ourselves and our only option was to re-book with them at triple the original price. Effectively they lied and attempted to cheat us out our discounted booking. Their demeanour was extraordinarily unhelpful and rude, and we were left flabbergasted at their attitude. Even if their rooms are akin to The Ritz, I would never stay here - and nor should you. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE.

The Covinille: where the customer is always wrong!

The room was too spacious. We loved the decor and ambiance of the room. Everything was greatly maintained in the room. The breakfast was superb. It was served fresh and with lots of variety. Overall the stay was amazing.

Beautiful

We had booked 3 rooms for one night. Ours was a party of 8 adults and 2 kids and a baby.
We occupied the 3 rooms on the ground floor. Rooms 1 and 3 were old with dull lighting. Room 2 appeared to be recently renovated with bright walls and bright lights. Rooms 1 and 2 had TV and set top box with several channels, but room 3 did not have set top box.
The location was easily reachable with google maps. They had ample parking space just opposite the property which was gated, but not covered.
We were attended by Mr. Navaneetha Krishnan who was very helpful and eager to please. A special thanks to him for going the extra mile to attend our requests.
The top floor was occupied by a group of gents who checked in late in the night. They were noisy and probably partying the entire night which kept our baby awake. This did dampen our experience considerably. While I am not against enjoying with your friends, it is also necessary to have some empathy for your peers.
The rooms were large and spacious though a bit unclean. It is okay for spending a night while driving to a different destination. Spending more than a night here does not seem ideal.

Average rooms.. Great Service..

it is a nice cosy place - more like a bungalow with about 7 rooms. conveniently located on the bypass road opposite KFC.  huge room and bathroom. 
restaurant has not started - but they provide complimentary breakfast from a nearby restaurant to your room.  nothing negative.. has a good size parking lot.

decent location - small bed and breakfast thing

Got a good deal from OYO rooms and booked two delux room for four person.Check in was quite smooth.There are total 7 rooms in yhe hotel,which are quite spacious.we were g8ven rooms in the first floor.The bed sheets and pillow covers were clean.Bathroom was clean too.24 hrs hot water.The manager,an assamese boy, namely Jitu was quite co-operative.They have not yet started kitchen in the hotel,so,any thing u order will be bought in from outside.Over all it was a good stay.
