You get what you pay for, so even though the toilet seat was loose, towels and toilet paper rough, and the toilet water iffy, the free wifi and close proximity to Bukke National Park made it perfect for those on a budget. We believe we were the only ones there. Walls are thin so probably would have heard others. No free breakfast. It was $30 (in HUF) for two for a night.
