I was a little worried after reading some of the other reviews but I needn't have done!

The owners and staff were helpful and very lovely. The room (with kitchen & bathroom) were really nice, ours had a good view too. It's a nice comfy quiet room with a small balcony to enjoy a drink on. The pool (the main reason I booked) was great, fabulous view, sun-loungers and towels from reception - not sure how busy it would get in high season but in mid-September was no issue at all! 

I would say to be wary if you have any walking issues, the hills to get to the apartments are fairly steep. However, that is the case with most of Fira anyway! 

When we checked out we were told you usually cannot use the pool once you've checked out, however our flight wasn't until 8pm and they said it was no issue for us to - which was really appreciated!

Accommodation fulfilled our expectations, it was a little bit hard to find the building but the location was good and close to the center of Fira. We had fully equipped kitchen, bathroom was clean and renovated, balcony had great view. We really liked our stay and hosts were very nice too. We recommend this apartment if you're looking for something good and clean but also within your budget.

Walked down to this place after deciding to stay extra few days in Santorini- Kelly the manager and the owner were just lovely And accomodated me with ease.

Location is fantastic- with a view over the other side of the island but literally a 4 min walk to the cliff side views and 10 min to centre of Fira 

Felt very safe in this area with late nights out watching sunset and having dinner.

Apartment has everything you need - including a washing machine.

The owners do everything to make you feel at home, I would recommend to stay here again

A perfect holiday from start to finish! Accommodation fulfilled everything we needed and more. A spacious apartment with all amenities including internet, a breath taking view and a relaxing pool area. The owners made us so welcome as if we were part of the family. From a warm welcome on our arrival they couldn't have made our holiday any better! The breakfast in the morning was lovely and the lady working every day was more than helpful, booking us our quad and boat trip!

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights! The apartment is spacious for 2 people has a kitchen, washing machine everything you need! 
The owners are a family are they are so lovely the girl who helped us when we arrive showed us a map and marked everywhere around the town and explain how we would get to each place and let us know if we ever needed anything she'd be happy to help. On our 2nd day my friend and I slept in and went to the pool around lunch time the girl came over to us and mentioned she didn't see us at breakfast and would like to know if we wanted some lunch. She made us some toasted sandwiches and a glass of orange juice and water - simple but so yummy!

All in all we were very happy with our stay here and the hospitality the family showed to us :) 

We really liked this apartment/hotel. The room had a basic kitchenette if case you choose to cook. No breakfast included. Separate bedroom. View from the balcony was North, overlooking the pool and then the lower part of the island. On a quiet sidestreet.
Take the bus from the airport, then10-15 min. walk from the bus 'station', slightly uphill. 
5 min. walk to the touristy area, with all the shops and restaurants.

Good Choice

Enjoyable apartment in Fira

Enjoyable stay in Santorini 

Amazing holiday 

Loved it! Such a lovely family 

First the location is fantastic, it's about a 10 minute stroll into town. Its uphill from town so not great for weak walkers and then the apartments are down a pretty steep slope, Cars will only reverse down this. It was tough for the first too days but there are some steps (that are quite hidden, so look out for them) that save 3 minutes of steep hill walking! Good exercise for those that want to keep fit.
There are a few really nice restaurants, quiets bars and breakfast places (Eggomio is a must to check out) that you would miss if you stay in Fira centre.
The actual apartment is in desperate need for a update and some fresh paint, the colours are quite dark but this didn't impact our stay massively, just an observation. 
The handle on our bathroom door broke a few days in so we couldn't shut the door fully or you'd get locked in. A handy man should be on hand to fix such things but the English speaking host said it was fine!!!! She would be at the apartment for a few hours each day which helped in the mornings but towards the evenings there was no one to really answer any questions as the owners did not speak English.
This apartment should be classed as a guest house as the owners live on site. The do not really pose a problem but it should state this when booking. 
Health and safety needs to be check as there is glass paneling around the terrace. One evening when having a chat admiring the view the owner came over and explained in the best English he could that we must not lean on the glass in case it fell!!! not what you want to have to think of after a few drinks whilst wearing heels!! 
The owners were friendly, and baked a walnut cake to share with me and two friends but whilst on holiday you don't really want to see the owners washing hung in your outside space everyday. Also the owners had a visitor which I believed to be their daughter and grandchild. They could not speak English either and did not try to communicate, they just use the pool and took pictures, they were definitely related. 
The cleaner was not consistent, some days she would wash the dishes and some days she would not. It was the same with the cleaning of the rooms and the changing of the towels.
Lastly, the pool is very small, best for posing, not big enough to swim in, just dip to cool down. This wasn't cleaned daily either. Ashtrays in the terrace areas were not emptied daily either. I found myself tidying up outside often.

For the cost of our stay, I think completing a more thorough search would have given us better accommodation for price we paid. 

Overall, we had a lovely holiday and a really nice stay. Again, the location is fantastic and its very peaceful accommodation. Not for a girls trip though (On the first night we were asked to turn down our music). 
Lovely friendly people but I wouldn't stay here again.

Amazing Sea views, update in need and should be classed as a Guest House

I'm a very frequent traveler over years, and booked hotels around the world for me and my friends.  The coming trip will be my third time to Santorini.

Seldom have such an experience:
I have already reserved a two-bedroom apartment for two days.  I wanted to reserve one more day, and found that the hotel had room available.  Yet, the hotel owner viewed that it was a separate booking, and refused me to book for one more day(hotel policy: minimum two days of booking) and accepted only two days of booking.

I contacted Agoda service center, and tried to explain to the owner my situation.  But, according to Agoda, the owner insisted me to book two more days instead of one, and expressed that I could cancel my booking. 

So, I cancelled all the bookings, including my friends' bookings of one-bedroom apartments.

I fully understand and agree with policy of minimum days of booking.
Yet, my stay will be:: 2+1 days, totally 3 days, same guests.

It's a simple Mathematics question.

I hardly understand why the owner thought that it was two separate bookings.

I asked Agoda whether the owner could not understand English well and could not understand what the responsible staff of Agoda said?

But anyway, it's good to cancel the booking now, as I don't want the hotel to spoil my holidays if the owner is so rigid.

The place is okay for a few nights. It is a 10-15 walk to the town and bus stop is only about 5 mins
- We just had issues with communication.
- Breakfast was ok
- Rooms were clean 
- Flexibility in late check out was not met
