I stayed 5 nights in this hotel, our choice fell on him because we searched for hotels very much late and there was almost nothing left, so our research was based on the convenience of the facilities location. It is a 2 star, so there are no claims and there is no expectation of much, however cleaning ok and everything needed was present. It is in Adamas, 3 minutes from the center and services so for that very convenient. All in all I recommend!

No praise and no infamy

I loved the kindness of its staff, the hotel has a perfect location, very close to the bus station, restaurants and cafes and most importantly the ferry port, the room is large, with separate kitchen and bathroom, is a perfect place to spend 1 to several days, everything is very clean, and its owner is always willing to help.

What a gem! Ideal location close to the port and town beach and very quiet. Such comfortable large bed with luxurious pillows. The apartment has a small kitchen very handy for cooking meals if you wish. With bottled water in the fridge and a selection of biscuits and jams, tea and coffee provided, which was much appreciated. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have lovely balcony with view of the nearby bay. We loved it here and would definitely stay again.

I am writing this warm review, after spending 9 nights in this very modest facility (note that it is the only review of 2022, perhaps I understand the reason). I am saying that despite the disappointment for everything (from the decanted kindness of the owner that I have not met at all, to the cleaning and the daily change - let's keep a pitiful fast, I always had to clean up by myself- to the discomfort of the room, to the absence of mosquitoes (very serious, as the facility is infested with mosquitoes), to the bathroom without even having the hook for the shower, to the worst of my life, to the decanted kindness of the owner that I have not met at all, to the cleaning and the daily change - let's keep a pitiful fast, I always had to clean up by myself- to the discomfort of the room, to the absence of mosquitoes (very serious, as the facility is infested with mosquitoes), to the very stressful stuff of the pre-war, to the noise of the air conditioned bar,

Modest structure (to use a euphemism), other than Aphrodite!

We booked with Booking hoping to spend a pleasant stay in Milos. We were at first surprised by the disorder present in the hotel (floor, seafront view) and the lack of consideration at our arrival (30min waiting for him to take care of us). The manager may seem friendly at first glance but there were several problems: - the room he had given us (a cagibi sharing a room with the local household) did not recognize our reservation (floor, seafront view). We agreed to give another one, but certainly less than a dangerous one (looking at the parking lot). - Pass your way if you are a calm person to the hotel so that we can go to the hotel and not get into trouble), - the person who had not been in contact with the booking, but asked me to pay back the booking, but we did not come to the hotel, and we turned to the booking service. We were able to check and we were told that we were not going to make any reservations with him.

FURIOUS, dishonest and dangerous manager!

If you’re looking for a 2 bed apartment, with great a/c in a great location in Adamas, I would look no further.  Comfy beds, outdoor space, cool a/c at night. Nikos, who runs the place is a lovely guy with lots of tips on what to do & where to go / eat (away from the insta photo hunters).  Adamas is a great place to stay as you access the entire island via the great, local buses. This isn’t for the those that want fancy accommodation, it’s basic, but clean & comfortable.

Great location, clean, no frills accommodation

The hotel is located near the harbour the rooms are spacious clean the boss nikolas is very nice and advises well visiting the island of milos which has allowed us to spend a great stay advising us on routes and beaches c is a crazy cat and it is soothing because there is not bad on the island and around his hotel the hotel is 300 meters from shops and restos from the port of adamas and 100 meters from a very quiet beach

Milos has always been on our hit list to visit... so a short flight from Heathrow to Athens, a 6 Euro bus ride to Piraeus, and a leisurely 3 hours ferry to Milos ... sorted !
We booked our hotel because it’s only 300 Mts from the port .... honestly... not 10 mins walk ....
We were meet by Christdola and Nicos, very friendly, very helpful.
Our room ( more of a large apartment) consisted of the bedroom with T.V ... Aircon ... good beds and plenty of hanging space for clothes etc.
We had a balcony which looked out to the sea.
Decent sized en-suite with shower.
And .... full size kitchen with fridge freezer, sink, cooker etc.
Soon filled it with wine and food. 
Beds and linen were all spotless. We were also given fresh grapes ... coffee... bread, biscuits, jams, water etc, to settle us in for the first day.

All in all, a really good deal.
We will be sorry to leave, but really glad to have come to this lovely island and stayed in this hotel.



Milos trip

We stayed 15 days in this very simple residence but only a few meters from the sea. A rational and Spartan furnished house, fresh and excellent cleaning service. They changed our sheets and towels every day and offered us several times the wonderful fruit (figs and grapes) of their garden. The owner is an exquisite and welcoming person.

Excellent service

We stayed here for 7 nights and had a great time! The rooms are quite spacious and the cleaning and towel changing service is carried out every day. The owner is very kind and available. Do not forget to leave some money for veterinary care of cats! Absolutely recommended!
