Konstantinos went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I had a pleasant stay also helped me carry my luggage up the stairs! Very polite & proffesional excellent first impressions! Room very clean & tidy great views lovely garden gorgeous cats! Extreamly happy with my booking! Thank you guys I will be sure to book again!!

Good atmosphere, nice hosting and quite a great view on the balcony.
Room is a little smaller than I thought but still okey since we were almost all day out and about in the city. Very close to the center and facilities like renting out a scooter, mini markets etc...

Beautiful, Beautiful People!!

Nice place

First of all, Konstantinos was waiting outside the hotel to welcome Us. Although the late hour he explained to Us everything about the location and gave us very useful information about Mykonos (where to go, to eat, etc.).
The position: the hotel is about 300 mts away from the city centre, and is possible to reach it by feet. This is a plus when is not possible to rent a scooter or a car immediately.
The room was very tidy and comfortable, small. but with everything to enjoy the stay in Mykonos
Outside there's a small terrace where You can enjoy the view on the "chora" (old town) and drink while relaxing and waiting for the sunset.
A last advice, if possible, ask for a 1st floor room with balcony.
I hugely recommend Pasion Lukas.

Vey nice place to stay in Mykonos

Stayed for a few nights and was a last minute booking. If you intend on being out the whole time and only sleeping in the hotel for a few hours and being up and out the next morning to repeat then this place is fine. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it. The room I was in had no window! Only window was through the bathroom and that was exposed. The walls are very very thin and you can literally hear the people next door peeing, walking around and other things. There was also a weird noise every night that made it very difficult to sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful though and it’s very close to Fabrica Square which is the bus station to get around which is why I gave 2 stars rather than 1. One of the cheapest places in Mykonos but if I had known it was like that I would have paid extra to go to a better hotel

The definition of basic...think before you book!!

Arrived at Loukas Pensions for a Week long stay in Mykonos. On the second day, I discovered that my room was infested with bedbugs. Not just one, but several. I found the nest in the bed, dicovered one crawling on my curtians, on the door by the bathroom and even in the room next door where my family was staying. I immediately notified Expedia (my booking agent) to move me, which they did. When I tried to get a refund from the property (for the rest of the days that I would not be staying there), they disputed my findings even though I provided video evidence and the staff seen the bedbugs also. While I am still in a dispute over this situation, I wanted to share how this experience impacted me. Beware! Not a good customer experience with the bedbugs and moreover a terrible experience with the Property and the managers.

Bed Bugs! Beware

When I got there, there was no one to meet me and check me in even though I notified them the time I would be arriving and by which method. 

The only person at the location was a little girl who gave me a key and pointed me to a door. Once I entered the room I was disgusted with what I found. I went back to the “office” and asked when I could speak to someone about adjusting my reservation. 

The girl informed that the person in charge would not be back for another two hours. 

Once I was finally able to meet with someone, I voiced my concerns about how room’s condition and how it had what looked to be like some type of mold growing on the walls and some brown substance on the floor of the shower. I also mentioned that I did not feel safe coming to and from the hotel as I am a young female traveling alone and the only road leading there is long, unlit, and steep. 

At first they tried to talk me into staying and made me feel trapped and like I couldn’t leave. I continued to voice concern for my safety and that I would rather pay a cancellation cost then worry about traveling to and from the hotel. I told them that I would be writing a review and as I was clearly upset they tried to force me to stay again so that I would not write a review. When I said no they said they would charge me the full amount right away and that I was blackmailing them for telling them I would write a review of my experience.

Also when I voiced my distress, they constantly tried to put the blame on me saying it was my fault for not feeling safe or feeling like the property was adequate. 

On top of that specifically about the room, it is complete trash. The beds are awful and there are kids running around throwing rocks at kittens. Seriously you can’t make this up. 

And the WiFi sucks so while you are frantically looking for a different place to stay you have to sit outside in the heat.
