I picked this hotel for it's location and facilities, i.e. the on-site restaurant.  The room exceeded my expectations, it was very large with a sitting area, comfortable beds and a superb bathroom.  The meal in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast the following morning was generous with a very good selection of different foods on offer.  Staff were all very friendly and helpful.  We didn't spend much time in the town, but it looked very picturesque and pretty.  
I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel and its restaurant!

Welcoming and comfortable

Food was great, salad and sausage salad were delicious 😋, only the service very researched, unfortunately missing in the vocabulary please and thank you that you would have to master a service force, even when everyone is finished with the food!!!!!!

Eating top, serving flop

The mattress wasn't comfortable, it wasn't possible to sleep those two nights... plus it's big beds but with two separate mattresses, too bad to wake up with a horrible back pain... Breakfast is good but very, very poor, not even a croissant and the two days the same thing. For the shower then not cool either to have a bag of 10g of shampoo per person, not even enough to mow a man's hair so imagine the problem madam.. the lingerie is too small in the bedroom... no refrigerator in the room either so if you forget to buy a drink outside you can definitely find tap water.. at 100 euros a night you can definitely find better.

Too high price

We spent a week with eight bikers in the Hunter's House. In the garages we were able to accommodate our motorcycles. The empty supporters in the area on a property of the hosts. The staff were nice and friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good. Typical of the Black Forest. A great selection of delicious food. Also cheap. It was all right. Breakfast was rich and fresh with everything the stomach desired. Our room was fresh and tidy, that's right. We had nothing to bathe in the Hunter's House. Everything was fine. A good starting point for tours throughout the Black Forest. From here to the bottom of the lake was a nice excursion. A clear recommendation from me.

Motorcycle tour in the Black Forest

We stayed for a night at the Hotel Hunterhouse. The room was very large, modernized, we had a new bathroom. Unfortunately we couldn't sleep well in the slightly hard beds. Otherwise we would come back here.

Good hotel.

It was very nice and the rooms were very large. There is a very large breakfast buffet and the menu is also very good! You may have to wait a little long for the meal, but we will definitely come back.

Very satisfied

We got the last available room, not very spacious, but very clean. Nice, friendly reception, free parking and a good breakfast. What else do you want on the way? The restaurant in the house is also recommended. The place itself offers not much, but is not far from the Titisee (10-15 minutes by car). Train tickets are available as hotel guests free.

A pleasant stay

Stress-free, uncomplicated stay with one night. Buffett's breakfast is rich, the rooms are comfortable with a winter garden to the balcony. Even forward very quiet. The restaurant in the house you can really recommend.

Comfortable and simple

Great location to reach the lake by car, free private parking, very good and varied breakfast included, recently renovated rooms, spacious and very clean.

Excellent hotel to stay in. Rooms are well kept with a good amount of space. Breakfast service is good and the variety of food is good, staff are very friendly and will always assist. Location near the station is ideal- would recommend!
