I have stayed in this property for a number of times since June this year and must say that each time the friendless, willing to help and go the extra mile and positive working attitude should be an example for many other properties.

The staff makes you feel home and welcome each and every time you return, I could not imaging a nicer more professional attitude from staff toward their guests, truly perfect !

From the front desk, to the breakfast servcie or housekeeping everyone is putting the guest first and while doing so delivers a full establish client centric approach.

The breakfast for the value it delivers is indeed on the high side, I have had the pleasure to stay in similar hotel operations in Duesseldorf with a better price value proposition.

Rooms and bathrooms are fine, do deliver everything you would expect including a well set Mini Bar.

Being a Senior Faculty Member of an Intern. Hospitaly & Marketing University I need to question a few issues that must relate to the company head office policy approach.   

Rate Managemen and Price dynamics to me at least are not in line with a modern BAR approach that a hotel company should apply, never mind in which country the hotel is operating.

If you wish to get the BAR for this hotel, do make your bookings online, via TripAdvisor, Trivago, Booking.com or Expedia.com. 

If you book direct or you extend your stay and book direct the rates will for no less be at least 10 Euros higher, it is not easy for me to follow this strategy not to encourage direct bookings at the hotel or their webs idea, but so be it !

Again the attitude and Service delivery is simply excellent, the product for its price is well in line with the location however rate management is written at a different page. Good fact is that once you understood their price and rate management you should book accordantly and assure getting best rates online.

I will always return to this hotel.

Great Staff and the reason to come back each time

Highly recommended for rest, just what is needed after a day's work. sufficient and clean, quiet. Well located and with public transportation facilities. Good option. Dusseldorf is a fairly well-planned city where it is easy for a foreigner to stay.

 Adequate

Room was clean and beds were nice and comfortable.  The carpet had a few stains and marks but that's a bit trivial. There was a mini bar in the room that had fair prices but we never used it.
It's a 6/7 min tram ride into the centre (aldstadt) and the tram station is round the corner from the hotel so easy access. 
The only let down really was the bar, it has odd opening times 11pm-11am? But then one night we were told it wasn't open at all.  Breakfast is served until 10.30 but it is €15.
Average hotel really. But not bad at all

Not bad. Ok for a stag or boys trip.

The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable, the shower is comfortable. Since the shower cabin could not be fully closed, the floor became wet. This can be easily fixed with a towel. The style of the furnishings is a matter of taste. The location is top with the best connections from the neighborhood. It is definitely recommended and inexpensive.

Price-performance ratio high

The hotel is still totally unrenovated. Part of the wallpaper is off. The flow of shower and sinks are clogged. The lamp above the bedbox was burned out. The bathroom was dirty, shiny and calcified. Drinks in the minibar ran out for 5 months!!! The reception was very nice. The rooms are fine. An old plastic water boiler was designed for the tea and coffee bar for hot water. The rooms are very well soundproofed. When you close the windows, you can hardly hear anything outside. The subway is not three minutes away. There is very little private park for this, in the surrounding area several free. You can't drive in with the old plastic water boiler. You have to go up and down every floor and then you never have to go up and down from the fifth floor.
