Hi all, we're guests at the summer villa and we're very excited. We got a very friendly reception on the way out. We got a room on the first floor and we're very happy with the location. The room layout is super... very stylishly decorated. The daily room cleaning is of course.

Vacation at the Baltic Sea

I had business in Bad Doberan and booked a night at the villa for the summer. It was a really good decision. A very beautiful, old, renovated villa located in a quiet side street. From here the Centre of Bad Doberan can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Very personal and friendly reception, the formalities are done without a large brunch room; the important information about the house, breakfast and the possibilities in the surrounding area is prepared promptly. Through an imposing, snoring staircase you can get to the rooms. The floor of the house is furnished with a suitable seating area. A large bathroom with large beds. The shower is very easy to prepare. The bathroom staff and the bathroom are very well equipped.

Wellness atmosphere in the summer villa...

This villa, which has been completely demolished and renovated, has retained its decent charm despite the modernisation. The very friendly and helpful staff round out the experience positively. The individual rooms are very tastefully designed and the added upper floor offers suites. The location right next to the Molli railway station is no disadvantage - you only need a few minutes' walk to the cultural centre or the shopping street - and despite the central location of the house it was quiet. The breakfast is extensive, tasty, fresh and is constantly refilled. There are no parking lots right next to the house and on the street is enough, but you could park there anytime you want to stay away from the hotel, so there's a little space to park next to it.

Enduring atmosphere in spite of renovation

Located right by the train station, very clean, comfortable rooms with very great facilities! The breakfast was also very good and the staff very friendly! You can park right outside the door and I even had a small outdoor chair. I would love to go back.

Lovely room, 1A bathroom, beautiful bright breakfast room overlooking the Molli, the narrow-gauge railway leading to Coolungsborn, rich, very diverse breakfast buffet.

Top Hotel

Excellent location just off main road in from A20 autobahn from Lubeck to Rostock. Close to main railway station to take Molli narrow guage train to the beaches some 8kms away. Very high quality hotel with good comfy beds, fully fitted bathroom and high quality leather chair/sofa. Heated towel rail in bathroom and radiator in room worked when chilly evening. Extensive high quality breakfast. Owner actively involved in greeting guests etc. 5 parking spaces in front and plenty of free street parking. Thoroughly recommended and convenient for beaches but away from the bustle

High quality, family run, upmarket B&B hotel

The accommodation in the beautifully restored old villa is clean, tasteful and lovingly decorated. Very good breakfast and nice staff. The WiFi also works perfectly, and the beds are excellent. The viewpoint next to the train station is not only ideal for observing the Molli steam railway, but also for exploring the Baltic coast. In 20 minutes you are in Rostock, in 40 minutes you are in Wismar. I was there for a week and I almost never drove a car. Since I had a holiday apartment (2 rooms with kitchenette and large terrace) on the second floor, I was also after the physical top of the stairs; there are 58 stairs waiting!

It's wonderful.

The villa is lovingly renovated, we had a great suite with a balcony and direct view of the Molli, the narrow gauge railway that leads to Coolungsborn. Living room with a comfortable sofa and a third full-size bed, even a small kitchen line. Prices of the minibar (= refrigerator...) extremely reasonable. One must know: Old house (although completely renovated), so no elevator => not barrier-free. Very nice owner, one notices the home's personal guide. Very nice ambience also breakfast.

Architectural jewel, tastefully renovated

What a place.. We booked a suite on the top floor with one bedroom and one room with a chair, sofa, tv and a kitchenette. And a balcony and room view of the train station and you can watch the steam train (no disturbance at all).
Really big bedroom and a very nice and clean bathroom with a bathtub/shower/toilet and bidé. Towels, towel warmer etc.
The kitchenette had cups, glasses, forks, knives, water boiler, fridge and a mini bar.
Maybe a bit too luxurious but we spent 3 days so it felt really nice. We walked to a Lidl shop 5 minutes away and bought fresh break and accessories. Coffee and bread on the balcony...
We slept really well in comfortable beds. 
Breakfast with a good selection of food and plenty of space to sit down. No complaints.
5 parking spaces in front of the hotel and if that is not enough there are spaces available on the street in front.
Cons? A minor one.. No elevator.

Really comfortable and no issues at all!

We had stayed in the villa for 5 nights for business, and it was a stroke of luck. The beautifully renovated villa with a love of detail has spacious rooms with T. Balcony, clean bathrooms, a very nice breakfast room, a great breakfast and very nice staff or a very nice owner with tips and excursion destinations. In the morning you will be awakened by Molly, the steam train, with a whistle (in the week around 7:20). Because next door is the historic Molly Smallow Railway station. From the breakfast to it and many rooms you have a t t look.
