Hôtel Agorno Cité de la Musique

We stayed in this hotel 2 weeks ago. I was slightly scared because of the awful reviews I read on booking.com and tripadvisor, But this place was a very pleasant surprise! The location is very good. Next to the metro station, some nice café’s and a bakery around the corner and opposite parc de la vilette. The parc is a very lovely place and it would be a great place to spend a sunny afternoon in the parc. It’s also conveniently located next to the pereferique when you travel by car. We parked via Just Park in the parking garage at the Mercure hotel, about 150 meters from the hotel. You can park at the hotel for 10 euro’s per half day. The staff was very friendly. We arrived early, so our rooms were not ready yet, but we storend our lugage, took a metro to the sights and got back at 1 in the morning. :) Although the reception was closed, there was someone around to check us in and give us the keys to the hotel rooms. The rooms were clean, both the double bed and the twin beds were very comfortable and clean. The room was a lot biggen than expected and although the bathroom was tiny, it had a toilet, a shower and a wash basin, so we were very happy. We stayed in rooms on the first floor. It’s an old building with a very long corridor, but we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this place!
