Nothing goes wrong in this establishment... deceptive website photos, hotel (renovated) probably 10 or 15 years ago but no less (painting scaled in the rooms), dirty room, dust on the bedside, window tower and TV. Dirty floor, dirty bed underneath, spider canvases around the lamps, mirror and disgusting sink. Not even a cup in the room. Stay tax to add on arrival, whereas on the reservation you are written black and white tax and taxes included. As for breakfast... don't expect to find it there, growing, chocolate, ham, etc...

Never again

I left for two days with my boyfriend and I took the next one with a really small bathroom (shower and toilet and small sink) Thinking about taking towels and the necessary or otherwise you have to pay. Also a fee of a few euros (only 5€ normally) to plan I don't know why. (Don't note on the site) Nice littering apart from the little crumbs on the sheet, dust cloth on the ceiling, and mattresses a little hard, but otherwise nothing to say about the rest! very nice housekeeper! The gentleman at the top. But I won't recommend this hotel to my surroundings unfortunately.

Unsatisfied

When we got there in the evening a smell of contaminated waste water in the hallways. We took our room and the hair in the bathroom!!!! After one good night at 10:30 we put our bags in the car. And the most no access with the code at the entrance and nicely no one has the accommodation. We paid 2 ptits dej that we didn 't have...... Plus with the covid one way in the hotel or we could get out by emergency exit. You walk on a towel plate with screws that exceed 3 to 5 cm.

Tried to sleep there last night so hot neither myself, my husband or my 11 year old daughter could sleep. bugs everywhere. air con was advertised but no aircon available.  Pay a little more and get somewhere decent. Breakfast cost 3 euro something each and was bread and cereal.  Will never use again!!!

typical F1 hotel on estate next to a few restaurants and easy ride, bus or taxi into chartres. Does what it says on the tin, have used F1 hotels many times and always decent standard and price, you get what you pay for so good value. Hotel just undergone a refurb which was nice, clean and tidy as usual, reception welcoming and helpful.

Like most travellers, I just stopped for the night.  As reception was closed, I had to figure out the self-service kiosk by the front door in order to get my room code.  Not so difficult in the end, just for me having come from Orly after a 12-hour flight.  As you can see from the website, Formule 1 rooms are basic:  usually just beds, a sink, and a small table and uncomfortable chairs.  That said, the toilets and showers are a short walk away, there's plenty of hot water in the shower, and everything was quite clean.  My bed was very comfortable, with a fluffy duvet and clean linens.  Beware--towels are not provided.  But you can buy a large microfiber towel for 3 euros, which is not a bad price.  Breakfast for 3.50 euros is the best buy in France, although you won't have gourmet pastries and the coffee comes from a machine.  As I was the last person to arrive for breakfast, I enjoyed a long conversation with the manager about many things, especially the state of politics in the U.S.  He also was very helpful in getting me logged onto WiFi the evening I arrived.  Another perk is the Aldi supermarket just across the parking lot.

Basic accommodation, friendly staff

On the way to the holidays we had booked via the website of agreement Hotel 4 rooms for 3 people (we were 7 adults and 5 children the number of people was well indicated on our booking) for one night with breakfast. We arrived at night after 5pm by car so for the RAS reception. We go to the first floor of the hotel, first surprise in the works, plastic bag, smell of paint... We open our rooms, second surprise these are rooms for 2 people if you are strong in maths made 8 excuses for 12 people!!! We just know that we can't book a hotel room, see the answer (about 23h30) so we can only book a hotel reception, tomorrow morning we will ask you to arrange anything at the end of the day!!!! Ah, because we had not been responsible for this, but we have not been informed by the employer of the service but we have not been informed by the customer in 6h30.

It was a bad experience.

At the price of the night, you can't expect a better, proper bedroom, mid-range bunk bed, mixed cleanliness, toilet and shower outside the room.

Quality = price

Clean, minimalist, and clean rooms. Small, decent room. Small, but enough room for a short stay. Quite quiet. Nice staff. Just no soap supplied. That is. Flexibility for night arrival. So practice. Perfect for a step on the holiday road.

Basic as expected

On the reception level nothing to reproach. On the room level and the cleanliness level there is also an F1. on the other hand we were on the ground floor next to the hotel entrance, it was hot that day. It was suffocating heat in the room so we opened the window and there was just horrible, the environment is already basic noisy because in a backyard and near the passing road. But more individuals stayed on the benches at the entrance from 8:30 to 3:00 in the morning to laugh and talk and not quietly and smoke near our window. My husband was told twice so that it stopped without success. It was impossible to sleep. We will not do anything on the 7 o'clock road to get back and 4 o'clock in the morning!!! We must have heard him talking to the person responsible in the room, but we must not have heard him talking in the 30 degrees, but we must have heard him talking in the room with the weather.
