I wanted to book a room in this hotel like we'd already done, but unfortunately this hotel only accepts people in need sent by the 115.

Reservation is not possible

The bedrooms are clean and the bathrooms, which are nevertheless a little old with a bathtub... but the important thing is the cleanliness and it is clean! breakfast was very good for a very reasonable price of 6 euros. We paid 80 euros for two with 2 breakfasts for one night. It seemed a bit expensive in terms of service... The place is also used to house families (no doubt refugees). We were afraid of the noise but after 10 pm even the crying of babies stopped until morning.

Mondhotel Chelles

The young lady at the reception is very friendly. The room was correct. The bed was clean and the bathroom was passable. However, the hotel needs serious refreshment, the carpets are dirty and present many tasks, the walls and chairs are also, the fairies are yellow. In short, everything is worn out. The breakfast was also fine. In short, for the quick passage of a night, but no more.

For a brief moment

Very welcoming staff, who offered us breakfast. Nice place in Chelles, and very cute outside as well. However, when you walk into the premises and/or rooms you realize that it's been a while since it's been maintained and renovated. There was a problem with our reservation. And instead of having a double bed, we had two simple beds. A strong cigarette smell in the hallway in the morning. Stains on the carpet. Families seem to be just residing, a woman's lifestyle, or in a difficult family situation.

Just for one night.

I had to spend the night there but when I got in front I looked for the name of the hotel but in vain there were two buildings with a big sign HOTEL that's all. Seeing a parking lot entrance, I went in there and there were only two cars and people, I think of African origin, who were swarming everywhere. We would have said a squat or a fireplace but most importantly not a hotel. I went two blocks further to the Campanile Hotel.

Is this a hotel?

With two of my colleagues, we paid 158.70€ for two nights without breakfast. To find a hotel that serves with evidence of social housing or hostel... and that has poor hygiene and safety conditions. At night there are going back and forth between the unobtrusive and disrespectful occupants of the sleep of the guests between several rooms on the first floor as far as we are concerned. Both nights at 9:30 pm for the first and 10:30 pm for the second, the fire alarm is triggered. The carpet, the walls, the doors, the plinths, the carpets, the bathroom and the lingerie benefits are a low price!

Unresolved insecurity

This hotel is just not good. We stayed 3 days to visit Disneyland & to visit Paris, and the room was not clean ( dirty carpet, mold in the bathroom ....) when we arrived and wasn't cleaned on the second day.  For the time you are staying there (luckily very limited time), it was doable. WiFi didn't work, breakfast was just awful almost nothing to eat, nothing warm, no cheese, no sausage, only packaged jam, honey & butter, dry croissants and some yoghurts, the orange juice was finished and wasn't refilled anymore. 
Chelles is a very boring location. Too bad that evening the "bar" of the hotel was not open. I would definitely AVOID it in the future.

Many improvements are needed

After a hectic day in Paris we called the hotel to book in late, they were very accommodating and extremely friendly when we arrived. After very helpful locals pointed us to the 613 bus from the station (no taxi's available at 10pm). Everyone is very welcoming and in no time we were in our 2 rooms. The beds were really comfortable and clean (wanted to take the mattress home!!!!). 
We had a great selection for the continental breakfast, no restrictions and topped up regularly.
One of our party uses a wheelchair and it had developed a fault - the hotel asked their service man to look at it - he did an excellent running repair so we could complete our holiday.
The station is 20 mins away even with a wheelchair and the park is lovely.
Great value, clean, comfortable and very friendly staff.

So welcoming and helpful

I don't know where to start... ACCUEIL: A young female guest room: When I arrived there was a smell of cold tobacco with traces of smashed cigarettes on the edge of the window. Strange traces on the ceiling, tag under the bed bed, traces of blood? on the switch, shower joints more than black (never cleaned) and finally, and I'm talking about security: a light bulb in a light bulb bathroom it's dangerous.

It's incredible, but it's true.

The area is not the best but secure parking on site which is free.

When you are paying such cheap prices you can not really complain, we spent very little time in the room, the room was clean, good shower, control, your own heating or air con, Free wifi and parking
If you are looking for a cheap place to rest up for the night with no frills this would be fine
