Just come back from our 4th visit and equally as good as the first. Many thanks to Dave and Julie (as usual) for all their invaluable knowledge of the local area. It’s always very clean and you do need the pool to cool off. Excellent position as a base for either driving around the South of France or walking into Aix for that evening meal.

We had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at Mas des Micocouliers and we loved it.  The owners were very welcoming and helpful, the pool was super, our cottage was immaculately clean and the set up generally was just so relaxing and pleasant.  Local shops were a five minute walk away and an excellent (and very reasonable) bus service provided quick and easy access into Aix, which we would have walked had it not been so hot!  We couldn't fault it and it actually provided us with a perfect and peaceful getaway.

Wonderful time, the owners are a fabulous couple, friendly and can't do enough for you, terrific traditional gites in the wonderful area of Provance in France . Close enough to the centre of Aix to walk or enjoy the surrounding area

Stayed here and cannot rate it more highly, great location rooms and service. Pool is nice too!
The staff were very helpful with good local knowledge, and we had a great sleep also which is important. Am sure we will be back again soon!

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in May 2016 having also stayed here in 2012.  We were allocated the 'Olivier' room which was very clean & maintained to a high standard. The bed was comfortable & the shower so good that I had problems getting out of the cubicle each day! The Wifi password was supplied in the room & a new TV had been installed recently.

The owners, Julie & Dave, were very welcoming & helpful. My French is not great so to be able to communicate in English was a big help. They advised us of a couple of restaurants in the main town (make sure you try the Japanese) & a few routes for me to go running. There are some great routes to walk/run along rivers, parks & mountains which was one of the reasons we came back for a 2nd trip.

The walk into Aix only took 25 minutes which we did on a couple of occasions. There are also a selection of shops just 5 minutes walk away which is handy when you don't want to go into town.

The breakfast was lovely, I still miss my daily fresh croissant & pain au chocolat! The pool area is very peaceful & perfect for lazing around as it is nice & secluded. 

I'm already looking forward to out 3rd trip!
