Amazing place, the price doesn’t reflect the value of this place, Ive stayed at way more expensive places around nadi but they don’t even match what Trans International have. From friendly staff to comfortable clean beds and spacious rooms. I give 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for this place.

It’s a good hotel to base and get some sleep but there’s nothing here to do.

Customer service was great. Front desk agent Jessica is very helpful. I will come back nice hotel close to the airport and shopping, restaurants.

Just what we needed an overnight stay before our early flight the following morning. Walking distance to Nadi international airport. If you desire something fancy then you pay for the price but if you just want a place to stay then we can’t complain. Thanks

The space you get here is amazing. Didn’t feel so cramped. Felt more like a studio apartment than a hotel. The shower -water would fill the washroom floor if you aren’t careful. The glass partition didn’t help much with keeping the water inside the shower. Be sure to ask for enough towels to assist with cleanliness of the floor. Be sure to drop your key off in the morning so that your room will be serviced while you are away for the day. No WiFi in the rooms. Tv did not work us. All good though. This helped us focus more on each other than the outside world. Staff was attentive and nice. Felt safe and didn’t worry about anything while I was here. Thank you!

Some of the bad reviews are why they've hired the new manager, Raj, I've been told. If he inserts his friendly, outgoing personality into this hotel, it will become much better. Fiji needs a low-cost hotel, but it doesn't need to be that low. My room  was $85 a night Fijian, which is about $50 Canadian. If they raised it to $125 Fijian, it's still very low for most travellers, and then they could use that extra money to inject some things to make the experience a little better. In my opinion, they need to add a bit of joy to the lobby and the rooms. I suggest hiring a Fijian artist to do two or three little pieces on the walls in the rooms as an example. The pool is very nice and it is next-door to the Gateway Hotel, which has a great restaurant. For context, I asked the Gateway about the cost of their rooms and it was $350 a night Fijian. It's a beautiful hotel and worth it, but not everyone transiting wants to spend that amount of money.So the Trans International Hotel has a bit of work to do but with Raj I think they have a plan. I hope they carry it out.

The rooms are nice and big. The mattress is horrible. Something that should be in the trash. The springs poke you when you sleep on it. The walk in shower has a big jacuzzi in it , which was unnecessary, the water leaks behind the jacuzzi if u use the shower, and it floods the bathroom. Not suitable for anyone with disabilities. The hotel has 3 floor and they dont have a elevator or an escalator which was a bummer for us with almost 5 suitcase. The fijian security guy was awesome helping us out. We made sure he was tipped for carrying our bags. The best part is thats its literally a minute drive from nadi airport. The manager was also nice to come and check on us when we complained about our issues. Walking up and down 3 floors was hectic esp if you have swollen feet.

I was very skeptical about this place because of the reviews. Checkin wasn't too hectic either. There was some issue with my credit card but the staff had only took 5 mins to sort everything out and I had the keys in my hands. I dreaded opening the door but when I did I was amazed at the clean room and the space this room! I loved it especially after all these reviews. I am so glad I did choose to stay here and it was a comfortable stay for my parents as well.

Definitely recommend

Had an overnight stay. The reception area is unamazing, but room was nice, the bed was great, the shower was excellent and the pool looked good. It's only a 5 min walk from the airport, so super convenient.

Great location, nice pool and comfortable room

no wifi in the room, have to go to the lobby but a lot of mosquitoes. The room is clean and quiet. Good for walk to the airport.
