We were staying in Banos for 2 nights but only stayed at Gamboa for 1 night because of how gross the pool was. The room was average, nothing special. There was what looked like black mold on a spot of the bathroom ceiling. There is no AC but this is common. The "restaurant" on-site only serves breakfast and it's a little fruit, bread, ham, cheese, eggs, juice, and milk.

The pool/spa area was disgusting. Because it's inside and there is poor ventilation, the mold and algae growth was out of control, which is causing the smell. There was mold on the ceiling and floors, and green algae on the tiles around the pools. It needs good ventilation and frequent cleaning with strong detergents. 

Gross Pool Area

Good experience good hotel,,, good deer Solo something that would have to improve the hours of the pool and spa open until 9am we have people who like to go to bed, very good breakfast service, very centralised, clean leftovers all very clean.

The front desk is very friendly, always friendly, always attentive to what is needed.

The breakfast was normal (bread, cheese, tomatoes, eggs, fruits) nothing out of the ordinary, the good thing is that there is a swimming pool, a spa, a sauna and a spa, but the service is quite poor, clear that for the price you didn't expect anything else.

Neither speak of it.

Hotel has a great spa and pool, but rooms are common and restaurant only open for breakfast.  Easy walk to everything, but you could easily find a much better hotel in the town.

The staff are warm and friendly, but there just is nothing they offer to make it worth a stay here.

Nothing Spectacular, just basic.

Pros:  Clean,  convenient, many services (laundry, pool, masseuse,  breakfast, etc), affordable.

Cons:  Pool and jacuzzies are public access so can be overrun by kids not staying at hotel.  This was a major turn-off for me.  Also noise travels easily through the halls and rooms  For older section gaps in windows allow mosquitos to enter.

Community pool aspect ruined it for me.

The facilities are very nice and new, yet it is really worrying that there are absolutely no security measures, distancing and above all AFORE! the place kept filling with people so we were forced to run out despite what we had paid for tickets... I would not return less in times of pandemic.

Zero AFORO, too expensive for what it is!

It's a small hotel, clean and tidy staff is not qualified for customer service or everyone is in a very bad mood, especially the staff who serve breakfast. The rooms are comfortable but unfortunately they want to rest or van with young children is a problem because of the bustle of the park, if they are planning a party. The hotel is very nice, hot water is always available and the TV is also always available. They have a very nice restaurant that unfortunately doesn't work or if the pandemic doesn't make them wait at least in the hours that guests need it outside breakfast. They have a very nice table on the second floor to enjoy the scenery and this is complementary to the restaurant if they serve coffee or food but they don't.

There is no justification for the price for the services they provide.

The hotel has communal areas a large pool and a small one and everything is covered in addition to the humid area and drawer bathrooms. At night the pool has lights and is a very pleasant environment the children enjoy a lot. What I liked most was the theme of the room, its bed has a mattress that allows you to rest in addition to both the bathroom and the room were very clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast was exquisite. At night you have a little noise on the street and also the rooms that are in this section have light by the post.

A comfortable place to rest.

A very cozy, very clean hotel. The staff cares about the user. It has a very large swimming pool, children's pools, sauna rooms, turquoise, drawer bathrooms and massage rooms. All in a single environment protected from rain. At night the main pool with LED lights is illuminated.

Excellent care, comfortable rooms and plenty of recreational areas.

For $8 plus $2, from the bath towel rent, I used the spa area, which includes a dry and wet sauna, a small heated pool and a room temperature pool and also a jacuzzi, and drawer baths, plus two children's pools.
