I'm not recommending this place. It's located in a cut-throat neighborhood. We were even afraid of this parking lot. We'd rather pay the penalties.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2016. We found the hotel quickly, near the hotel there is free parking, but the hotel itself is in an industrial area near some factories, but the houses are also nearby. It's scary to walk there in the evening. But we walked to and from the center, 20 minutes walk to the center. The hotel itself is a solid three. The usual entrance to the house that brings us back to the 90s. The room is clean, but quite cool. You won't get a sense of home comfort here, of course. But for one night it's a decent option at an affordable price.

New year tour

There's a fridge: you just have to turn it on yourself.. it's unfrozen so you'll have to wait with the cold..:) The view from the window to the inner courtyard.. the pastel is clean and you can sleep. There's a parking lot next to the motel.

You can live.

Hotel in the best traditions of the Soviet era) The location is convenient (near the train station and the hypermarket) to the center is 5-7 minutes walk. The area is certainly not the best, but at such a price nothing better can be found. The room is with the kitchen! Wifi is very good! The room is warm, shower and toilet clean.

Budget hotel in Brno

The staff was rude and didn't even speak English. The location seems to be unsafe and it is not even very close to the centre (took us 20 mins to walk to the central square). Room was ok. They don't seem to have a lot of guests. We found some cups stuck to the plate as if they haven't been used for ages. Will never return.

A terrible experience

Very briefly: don't go. Near the center, it's true, but a terrible, unsafe area. The operators don't know a word of English, the floors have dirty, clogged carpets (not to mention hallways and bathrooms), rooms that aren't very clean, and generally a fatiguing structure.
