Heavy attention from the staff, a place terribly dirty, in my case because of the price of a room with a large bed, balcony and for 2 people, they put me in the most secluded and unhealthy corner of the place, ignoring MY reservation and abusing me for claiming what was fair.

Abstain from even considering this unhealthy place and avoid being scammed by these people.

On Monday, I arrived at their hostel and was informed that I had five nights left from Monday to Friday. They charged me five nights, and they had to charge four. They informed me that on Wednesday they would return the money. They gave me a decent room but with a dark curtain and an unsecured balcony door. In addition, the ghost rose and flooded the room. The care of the staff, too, was very poor. I had to leave the hostel ahead of time, requesting the return or refund of my money and it didn't happen. They excuse that they didn't have time, that the bank I have is not theirs, etc. Basically, they took a money that didn't belong to them.

They take the money of others without explanation from clients.

If you're going to Cali and want to stay in a hotel that's more than economical and super well located, in the exclusive area of the West, this is yours. Now, since it's so cheap, don't imagine it's 3 stars. To rest and travel around the city and be in a safe area, it's the best. You stay near Tostao, Carulla, Bodytech, Crepes and Waffles, Librería Nacional and the Peñón area. The best room costs $71,000, with air conditioning and included breakfast (café or chocolate, eggs and arepa).

Cheap and Excellent Location

Very well priced hotel in a safe area close to San Antonio, Granada and parque peñon, which are all safe and well vigilated at night. For the money I paid I think it's excellent, especially because the owner is so passionate about coffee, and does tasting sessions using an old traditional machine, for free.
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

This is a hotel that I will not tire of saying is phenomenal because it has excellent care for its guests here there is a familiar atmosphere I recommend it if you ever have an anomaly in the room just to know at the reception so that they can fix it or simply change your room, this hotel is located in an exclusive area of the western sector here is close to everything.

Travels 

The service is very friendly and helpful, reception is open 24 hours (which is very convenient), the room was okay for the price. The shower was not very clean, however, there were still hairs of the previous visitor in it... The breakfast buffet consisted of Arepas, toast with butter and jam, rye, rice, coffee, hot chocolate and juice. We also claimed the laundry service, which was not so recommended. It took longer than we were told and it was missing afterwards several socks and some dresses were received. After the demand and some waiting time, we reclaimed some socks, others disappeared. Under the stove, the price was OK, but it was no longer worth waiting for.

Friendly service

The hotel has comfortable and spacious rooms, a very good Wi-Fi, a parking lot and ademas for a very good price including a very good breakfast, the attention is the best.

The hotel is old but comfortable, we stayed two nights in different days the first room was a little neglected, it had two dishwashers in the room which made it rare, the old people's TV, the second room was super comfortable, two TVs, the children's spaces separated but inside the same room which made it perfect for us traveling as a family, the breakfast was rich and the attention was very good.

Good relationship quality price

I made a reservation through Hoteles.com to attend the Colombia Bird Fair.On February 15, I arrived at the hotel and had to look for another hotel.No reservation was respected.

Without any respect

The service leaves much to be desired, little kindness and courtesy from the moment one enters until one leaves, no information until breakfast time.The room looks like a clean motel room but is too poor to be a prominent hotel.I think I'll never go back.
