3 reviewsI've stayed here several times since my 2017 review. Why? Location, service, convenience and room comfort. The staff know me and go out of their way to help such as when my room card wouldn't open the door for some unknown reason. What's changed? The breakfast is now 15rmb. Not many western choice but they do have toast and egg dishes, fruit and fried rice along with the usual Chonese dishes. They even have a form of coffee! Golden Eagle across the road (via underground crossing) is still there and contains Pizza Hut and Starbucks. Walmart is gone but a brand new, 6-storey shopping centre is across the road from it that has many Chinese eating options as well as semi-Western Neolithic BBQ and Caserd Pizza and steak. If you stay on the hotel side of the road and walk to the other end of Food Street and past the entrance to Zheshan park, you will come to another shopping centre that contains a Hungry Jacks as well as a downstairs Chinese style Food Court. The only real problem is if you get noisy room neighbours..
