Yangshuo Jiangyuan Inn

Stayed in 120 yuan double room (206) which was spacious, bright, and clean. Looked like recently renovated. Nicely decorated. Clean bed sheet, AC, phone(!), teapot, TV, tea table, reading ramp, a beautiful basket of Scindapsus. Maybe the cleanest and the most well maintained room in this price range in China. Bathroom was also clean and modern. Good shower. Excellent, the best water pressure I had in China. You can hire a hair dryer for free from the reception. WIFI everywhere. Common area was extremely clean as well. Fabric couches in the lobby looked soooo fresh and new. Some reviewers mentioned they did not provide toiletries. They provided towels, and tiny amount of toilet paper everyday. I purchased own toilet paper (3 yuan per roll) at a supermarket. A nice surprise - the window in this room is not facing other building's window, and the building in front of this room was 2 story building, which means you will have pravacy and get enough natural light. (You will see why I mention this once you get there. All the buildings in this alley are closely adjacent each other, no surprise window would be useless) No on site laundry facilities. As this is not a hostel, it is normal, i guess. There are self laundry shops nearby. The only downside - though they have nice tea making facilities in the common area, it was not maintained clean during my stay. Conclustion. If you are looking for a budget private room in Yangshuo center, look no furthe.
